Day 8 no AC, you installed our unit on 11/4/2019. I have been without AC for 8 days and counting and have medical issues. Called your office today t/w Tiffany she states should be able to come out Friday, May 28th. Really! not all of us can stay in this heat 24/7. I ask her on 19th to get it overnight due to medical issues. She refused that request. This is how you treat your customers? note: you have to click on at least (1) star to post this message. DC

Today they came out around 6pm for an emergency call and quickly identified the issue and will get the part ordered and let me know by tomorrow morning an approximate return service visit.

Cook’s came to the rescue after my AC stopped working yesterday evening. I waited till this morning to call, and they were able to get to me today and get my AC working without trying to sell anything to me. I did invest in the maintenance plan, and when asked, John was able to do that today as well. Thank you to John and Cook’s for bringing comfort back to my house!

Arrived on time and fixed both units quickly and for a reasonable price. Received a text message regarding visit with the name and photo of the company employee coming out to fix the problem. That is a very thoughtful thing to send.

Don't buy anything from this company. They sell lemons! We bought not only a heating system but also an air conditioning unit. We've had to have the heater serviced 3 times since purchasing 2 years ago! The ignitor switch has had to be replaced twice and the 2nd time the technician placed the blame on us saying the filter we used was the cause. So when they installed and checked all of this we weren't told that but yet we were supposed to know this!? Yet these are supposed to be the experts?! Now while we're experiencing some of the hottest days our air conditioner has broke! A technician has been out twice and it's still not fixed!! 😡 I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY! Buy at your own risk!

We have used Cooks Comfort Systems since purchasing our Rheem HVAC units to replace the old units that came with the home we had purchased. We have always had great service from Cooks, and are pleased with their prompt and professional service. Shon, our technician today, was very pleasant and very thorough in his work. Cooks should be proud to have a young man of such character in their employ. We would not hesitate to recommend Cooks Comfort Systems to anyone for HVAC sales and service.

Buying a house and needed a tech to follow up on something inspector found. Tech did a great job and informed me of other ways to make it run more efficiently. Tech did more than what was originally asked and it helped a great deal.

I was quoted one price and they guy cane spent 30 minutes and charged over a $100 than the estimate. I realize after hours is more but for the charge I could have bought sever new pumps for that cost. I’ll never call after hours again unless my house is flooded or on fire. I will say they did make it right when I called the next day.

Extremely pleased with expertise and excellent customer service from Cook's Comfort Systems since 2009.
Including service today from tech John Goosie, who replaced the inducer motor (still under warranty) in Trane AC and gas pack unit. Cook's is the same company who installed the new Trane and some muvh-needed new duct work and vents in 2009, when the president of the company himself came to my house to evaluate requirements, make recommendations and get the crew started, as the record-breaking low temperatures had everyone working overtime... and the old unit had died. I also continue to use Cook's in performance of regularly scheduled maintenance (cleaning coils, etc.) and safety checks.
19MAY2020 Update: Still quite pleased with service. Removed a large bug in the contactor today that prevented the outside unit from operating. Quick response to my call yesterday morning.
