Arranged a repair through Home Depot Home Services. Kaleb was my technician and was very professional and courteous. He also explained to me the function of the run capacitor, which had gone bad, and easily and quickly replaced it. I thought I was about to pay $1000 but paid only a fraction of that! Thank you Cook’s and thank you Home Depot!

We just had Cooks perform preventive maintenance service on our three heat pump systems. Very professional and thorough. Cooks installed our original systems thirty years ago and installed the replacements that were needed as they aged. We have been very satisfied with all of their services as is shown by our repeat business

Office was very responsive and got a technician out to my home the same day I called. Technicians were knowledgeable and professional and went above and beyond. This company was referred to me by many of my friends who wouldn’t steer me wrong. My impression thus far is that Cook’s is an honorable company that I will continue to do business with and refer to others.

The technician realized right away it was not the system, but a leak in the water heater. I waited for two days for his vidit, and for his 5 min diagnosis he had to charge $109; while I appreciate his diagnosis, that seems a bit excessive for a service call lasting less than 5 min, with no work performed.

Kaleb the technician who came to our home, was amazing. He was very knowledgeable & knows what he’s doing. He was very patient in trying to figure out what was wrong with our a/c. Whoever worked on our unit before really messed it up, Kaleb was able to fix what was messed up by the previous repair. I will always use Cook’s Comfort Systems, and request Kaleb every time.

Logan is a courteous, thoughtful, efficient problem solver! He zeroed in on the problem, called the company and had an order for replacement compressor before he left the driveway. He also is making notes to correct the continuous leak with the inside unit when they replace the compressor.
