We’ve been using Kevin for years, and as long as he’s around, we won’t use anyone else. He does an excellent job explaining exactly what is going on and the best way to resolve it. He’s done a variety of work for us, including helping us help select and install a heat pump, repairing another A/C that quit working in the middle of summer, and helping us figure out and install an external vent range hood in our new house. At one point, after spending thousands of dollars trying to get a commercial cooler repaired by other companies with no success, I contacted Kevin out of desperation, even though he didn’t service commercial coolers. Guess who stopped by our business and helped me finally get a plan I could trust and relay to the companies that should have fixed it from the beginning?Bottom line, if you have an HVAC issue and want to know all options will be explored, explained, and you’ll be able to make the best decision while spending the least amount of money, call Hardin Valley Heat and Air. And no, I did not know Kevin prior to needing HVAC service. He was recommended to me by a friend.

Kevin has done exceptional work helping keep our HVAC system going as well as many other things. I trust him and plan to continue using him and his business.
