The technician they sent out found and repaired the Recurring issue that others had missed. He was absolutely the most knowledgeable and professional individual I’ve had come to my home. Very impressed with the responsiveness and level of service I have received. I absolutely recommend them to anyone.

Cooks and Trane warranty state parts and labor warranty is for three years from date of install. So two years after install the thermostat quits working so the Tech installs a new one and charges me $185.00. So much for trusting Cooks and Trane.

Called and made an appointment since our business heat was not working. They were prompt, professional and we are warm again. Thank you Cooks Comfort and we will call you all for any of Car Fix Oak ridge needs!

So glad they were able to get us in earlier than scheduled. So glad they came cuz they found a major issue that the roofing company did. It could have been bad in the winter but our tech was very professional about it and showed great concern.

Had A/C go out after business hours. Called and technician was there within half an hour and had fixed the problem within a half hour. The technician was courteous and professional. I'm very pleased.

I have always been able to count on Cook’s for responsive, professional service. Their technicians are knowledgeable and courteous. They might charge a bit more than others but it is worth it if you want the job done right.

Used this company to install my AC unit many years ago and had a lot of great support from them for the years following. Went a few years without needing anything and tried to get them to replace a part that had been replaced a few years prior by them. With me expecting to pay fully, nothing to do with any type of warranty. The people they have now are absolutely the bottom of the barrel. The experience I went through was as bad as it gets and would take too long to fully explain, so I will just leave it at there are numerous companies out there with better people and service than this company. Don't waste your time with them and use someone like Pioneer or Hiller, which I have absolutely no connection with or benefit in mentioning.

Now this is how business should be done. I feel like I’ve stepped back in time to when the focus was on the customer and not just the money. They came out the same day and did everything possible to help us. I will forever use Cook’s and recommend them highly.

Extremely; Great - Customer service; Friendly, helpful. Emails, Calls -kept us knowing exactly what each step was.
Owner came and gave quote the same day we called (knowing the promptness of this matter). He came with much knowledge, kindness and with an Excellent price, Warranty package. Bought it yesterday and they are here now installing it. Technicians are very kind, hard working and helpful!!!
