They couldn't do what I necalled them about today, but Bo looked at everything & told me what he saw plus answered my questions. He checked the freon. He was very professional & patient with me. He impressed me so that I bought an Elite plan because he felt I could trust him. He set me up with a new thermostat. They will be doing my duct & vent cleaning soon.

They didn’t show up on the day they said they would. I had to call them back the next day.
The main line is under their warranty but they said the issue was not the main line, but a branch line. They charged $373 for the work and offer no guarantee for any length of time. The technician was nice enough but, he can only follow the Conway policies.

There timing is off. I was scheduled from 8am to noon for a visit but did not arrive until 5pm. The technician John was very courteous. He explained what the problem with hvac was. He had pictures and what would be best solution. Service is great. Appointment time awful

The service technician did a good job. My problem is the extreme high cost for Freon 410A. $371 per pound is crazy I know other companies don’t charge for a 25 pound container to one customer.. Everyone I asked said a pound should have been 35.00 a per. They said no way I got charged $700 of two pounds for Freon. I will be letting everyone I know the high cost of your service. When I have my unit installed I recommend you to my friends and family who purchase your units. I called a HVAC supply company. The said price of a 25 pound bottle is about $379 to 400.00. Wow this crazy

My wife and I are first time homebuyers and are navigating the ins-and-outs of what I takes to completely maintain the systems running our home. The downstairs portion of my home was very warm and I was perplexed as to why this was since I change my filters regularly. I decided to get an A/C tune up and diagnostic from Conway Heating and Cooling. The tech that was dispatched to my home (Brayden Stapleton) was VERY knowledgeable and professional. I appreciated the time he took to answer all of my questions no matter how trivial they were. After literally 3 minutes, he identified that I had a bad capacitor which didn’t allow the compressor to function. The tune-up he performed was awesome and got my family and I back in a cool home in these blazing Tennessee temperatures! I’d recommend him specifically for my future repairs if needed. Thank you!
