Jedarrius came to service our systems. He was super polite, knowledgeable and efficient. Several days later Kevin came back to replace a part on our system and he was extremely kind, intelligent and trustworthy.

I called to make an appointment but the day of, never received confirmation of any appointment time-I had to call to ask. Hours later the dispatcher called and stated the Tech would be on-site between 4&5 pm. I waited till 7:30 pm and called to inquire where the tech was. 15 minutes later the tech called and said he’d be there in an hour. Upon arrival. I was asked "Where’s your thermostat at?" No greeting, no apology for being late. The tech diagnosed a bad control board then quoted a $750 repair. My unit has a 10 year warranty. It wasn’t until later that the tech stated that the repair should be free. It seems to me if I have an account the tech should have all of that information beforehand. Overall disappointed that the dispatcher should have called and notified me that the tech was delayed-understandable because some jobs take longer than expected. Not to mention there was a failure to confirm the appointment day of. Conway needs to do a better job of setting expectations with its customers

Our technician was great! He pointed out an issue that is developing, but not necessary to address more at this time. He also discussed the price differences with our current warranty vs no warranty and how long it remains in place.
I appreciate how he discussed all our options but didn't pressure us to push for the repair at this time.

Had my annual A/C maintenance. The technician looks at my outside unit tells me I need another unit. He says "you feel the cool air coming from the top and how it is vibrating. All of this before coming inside to check the furnace. So, I place a repair ticket in with my home warranty. They came out the same day. Replaced my Refrigerant oil and tightened core stem. Absolutely, my unit is 17 years old and it doesn't look the best, but it still functions. Please do not be pressured into buying another unit with this company. Their honesty at this point is in question.

I have Conway’s comfort package in which preventive care is provided. I love this package because Conway calls me every year for an appointment in order to make sure that my system is working properly. Conway also calls a couple of times during the year to be sure that our system is functioning properly and that we are not in need of any additional support.

On Saturday, we had an appointment for Conway to come out and provide an estimate to install additional ductwork. No one ever showed up. After calling several times for an update, we were continually told that they were running behindand someone would be in contact. However, we never received any calls with updates and by the end of the day, no one had called or shown up.
Today, we have an appointment for general maintenance on our Generac. We are having the same issue with no one calling to let us know when someone will arrive even though we are at the end of our appointment window. When we call, all we get is the answering service.
At this point, I would absolutely not recommend this company due to lack of responsiveness.

Technician Alan did great job installing my toilet. However I am less than satisfied with Conway’s overall service. I have used Conway for years and have had a good experience except this time. Conway was supposed to come out and replace toilet Monday April 24th. Appointment was rescheduled without my authorization. Appointment was rescheduled for Saturday April 29th. Technician was supposed to have toilet on the truck ready to replace. Technician didn’t have a toilet. For some reason was under the impression I was providing the toilet which isn’t my responsibility. Finally got toilet replaced Monday May 1. Again the technician Alan did a great job and he was very friendly and professional. Conway needs to improve how they handle their scheduling and make sure everyone is on the same page. As a result of Conway’s failures I had a non working toilet for a week that should have been replaced much sooner. Very disappointing with Conway’s handling of this

I made a call for a cleaning service. They set that date right away. I got a courtesy call letting me know they couldn't come on that date. Then set another date. They young man came on time and completed the job and got me to spend more money lol. Edward Hansley was very professional, courteous and respectful.
