HVAC was installed by Cordova Heating and Air in my new home. From the first day the downstairs unit wasn’t functioning properly. The lines froze from the condenser to the air handler regularly. We were told the system was “over-charged” and this was a normal issue. It occurred again every subsequent year. We had them out on service calls constantly and we were always told the system was functioning as it should. The constant freezing and defrosting of our lines also caused drywall damage we still need to replace. They never assessed the issue, always deflected to allow the warrantee to expire. $3,000 and a new evap coil later here we are.

On May 12, Brian came for a scheduled maintenance visit. I want you to know how impressed I was with him. Not only was he very professional and knowledgeable, he was courteous and kind. He took his time, did a great job, explained what he was doing and never complained about being in my attic with 97 degree temperature. I would recommend him to everyone. Thanks for having people like Brian on your team!

Horrible Experience! I contacted Cordova Heating and Air several times after moving into our home because one of the bedrooms was hotter than the others. Two new units were installed in a new construction. A part failed shortly after the ONE year builder’s warranty expired. That’s Ridiculous!!

For a company that has a dedicated line, for home owners that had their system installed by Cordova Heating and Air, they sure don't seem very responsive.

- first, they didn't charge our outside units with freon before moving in, just over a year later our down stairs unit isn't working and it's been radio silence from them since yesterday . . . . . way too many problems to be having with a brand new HVAC unit install.

UPDATE - even better than "we aren't going to get back to you on our emergency number" is that they don't guarantee their work (parts and labor) beyond a year. "We can set you up for a service call, but not today" (when the system they installed is just over a year old - and not working) . . . . . I'd not bother with these people.

Absolutely Awesome service and people. I have been using them for years and they are life savers. Heat Advisory and they fixed my AC fast! Sam was great and Kathy was able to schedule me at the last minute!! Highly recommended! Bob
