Excellent electrical service experience start to finish with a tripped breaker that would not reset. The online scheduling process was straightforward and easy. The pre-appointment communication via text and email was also good with confirmation, reminder and "technician on-the-way" notices accurately delivered. Stephen J was highly professional in diagnosing and fixing the problem, and additionally he was very helpful and informative in reviewing and discussing the peculiarities of the 40 year-old wiring in my 90 year-old house. I felt that I got more than just a repair, I got personalized service and great advice. Highly recommend!!!

Requested maintenance call weeks and weeks ago. There was a certain technician with whom we had bonded.
The request was written in big letters that said do not send another technician. If this tech is unavailable, I will gladly reschedule. The doorbell rings and this technician I’ve never seen or do not know is the one they have sent. I went ahead and allowed the service, but this says a whole lot about the happy Hiller experience. I’m certainly not happy. Thursday I requested a call from a manager and have patiently waited with no response as of this date.
We have at least 8 or 9 companies in Memphis that provide the same service.
Makes me wonder, what has happened to Hiller?

Quoted Monday, installed as planned on Wednesday by a team of polite professionals. We received exactly what we ordered and everything is working as expected. We are very pleased with Hiller service.

Had Steven (maybe Stephen) out to repair an outlet. I had an appointment with another company that never showed up and I had to call to find out I was cancelled. Called Hiller hoping to have an appointment next week and they told me someone could be out in a couple hours. Tech was right on time, was courteous and friendly. Explained the issues in layman’s terms and thoroughly explained my options. He diagnosed and fixed the problem in 45 minutes. Probably would have been less but I’m a talker. Price was reasonable. Would not hesitate to use their services again. I hope this review gets steven/Stephen the recognition he deserves as an exemplary model of customer service.

Hiller has been great so far. We joined the HH club last year and have been pleased with each visit. All of their tradesmen have been very professional and proficient.

I had a routine AC maintenance at 10:00am today. This was scheduled in advance of the power outage due to storms. My AC was working just fine before the arrival of the tech today.. Got home and my AC ISN'T working AT ALL! No cool air. No one can be here until after 9pm tonight and my house is hot AGAIN after being without power for two and one half days. This is SO FRUSTRATING!

Hiller repaired an electrical outlet outside my home. The experience was great from the initial call through to the work being completed. The technician was friendly, knowledgeable, and fast. I will definitely return to Hiller for any plumbing or electrical needs going forward.

Had a sudden leak at night. We advised we would gladly pay diagnostic fee of $199 plus whatever for repairs. Advised they would happen. Holler was first to respond initially when I called them and another plumber. So other plumber called afterward and was willing to come out. Told him no because Hiller was coming. Turned out hiller never called it came out. Very disappointed in Jen we called today and was advised it would be two more days. That will not work for an emergency. Just be honest.

Technician was courteous and extremely professional. I signed up for the yearly plumbing and HVAC maintenance plan. He examined all of the plumbing and faucets - inside and out and checked the air pressure.. I was very pleased with his demeanor and helpfulness!

David did an incredible job finding the Freon leak and educating us on the importance of regular cleaning and maintenance. He actually took us outside and *showed us* the unit, how it works and impending damage that came be cause by not keeping it clean. Eye opening and so very appreciated.
