The electrician that came out was named Stephen. He was well spoken and knowledgeable at his field of work. Was very respectful of my home and did very good work. I would definitely recommend using this company with this technician again. No hidden fees. Everything was explained upfront. Did a great job.

Where can I start, I was greeted by two professional plumbers that knew exactly what they were doing. Exceptional attitudes, caring personalities and award winning service; I was definitely speechless also he plays COD( call of duty) so I couldn’t ask for anything more in a professional company as Hiller Plumbing, Heating, Cooling and Electrical. We've used them twice now. They installed a new hvac unit about 2 yrs ago and we had them clean our venting system. They've always done a good job and have been quick and efficient.

The service tech (Tim) was very professional and provided excellent customer service. He came right in and fixed my outdoor faucet in less than 20 minutes, and the price was very reasonable.

I've used Hiller several times over the past few years and I'm very satisfied with their work, the technicians are always friendly and professional. I highly recommend them and will call them again if needed.

I was contacted by someone from corporate and they got in touch with the supervisor Dwight Smith he came out the next morning and got my issue resolved. I have been a hiller club member for the past 3 years and had been satisfied with my service until now. I had my annual service in Aug of 2022 for my plumbing and was not made aware of any leaks. By the end of sept my sink had leaked to the point were it had came under my floors and underneath my cabinets. I had a contractor come out to look at the damages and he told me insurance probably wouldn’t cover it because he could tell the leak had been going on for months. I had hiller come out to repair the leak and I thought everything was fine but not even a year later while getting my floors and cabinets replaced I noticed water leaking from under the sink again and had hiller come out thinking because it was the same issue it would be covered and no I was told it would be $340. I am very unhappy with the service I have received from hiller I have placed a complaint with the bbb and I hope this issue is resolved because I have been a satisfied customer up until now.

The technician came out quickly and called 15 minutes prior to arrival. Replaced my thermostat and checked my a/c. Done in less than 30 minutes.

Hiller plumber quickly identified and replaced my cracked p-trap and patiently answered all my questions concerning the problem. I used Hiller plumber because I previously used one of their electricians and was very satisfied with the outcome.

Hiller called to let me know the service technician would arrive in 20 minutes. The tech arrived timely and had our air conditioning working again. I would highly recommend Hiller!
