I keep going back to Hiller because there is rarely any guessing; the diagnosis is always correct and the service professional. In this case, the tech showed up ahead of schedule, diagnosed the issue, went and got the part, and completed the repair before my appointment time.

From the receptionist answering the phone to the A/C tech that came out, the experience was over the top compared to some other experiences I have had with other companies in the Memphis area. They actually showed up when they said they would. Waisted time off from work in the past with companies canceling at the last hour of my arrival windows and even getting no call no shows. They have business from now on and their yearly two season cleaning deal they have is worth it for sure.

This company after YEARS of utilizing them for my home, they want to charge me $488.00 to change out 2 fixtures in the ceiling that have no extra work to be done. This job would take no more then 20 minutes to complete!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! $488.00 DOLLARS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! VERY GREEDY COMPANY! I can see paying an hourly wage like I would at the car dealership but $488.00 DOLLARS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I will NOT BE USING THIS COMPANY ANYMORE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

UPDATE: Issue was resolved reasonably! It took 25 minutes to remove and install new fixtures. Installer was less then jolly though! Thank you.

Hiller was very professional and I like the way the supervisor came out first to see what the job actually needed. Just like the commercial, each time someone came out, they sent the full name and picture of the technician coming to my house.
They did a great job. After the freeze we had about seven breaks in the water pipes. They replaced copper pipes with the expandable pex piping. Shawn made sure everything was done correctly before he left. He was knowledgeable and very helpful to us. The only negative is, like most plumbing companies, I wish they had their own brooms and mops instead of using mine to clean up wet sheetrock. However, I now consider them my new plumbing company. I definitely recommend.
