Tech arrived on time and was very courteous. Just needed three smart switches installed and he worked quickly and did a fine job. Answered my questions and gave an overall professional experience. Will be recommending to orhers.

They are the most prompt and professional service in the area. When it comes to AC repair or electric work, I will not even use my home warranty. I’d rather deal with Hiller. They have a sense of urgency and understand the need to prioritize the customers safety and make things as simple as possible. Corey the electrician is exceptional. **updated** Thomas, another electrician, helped me more recently and he went above and beyond as well. He found the issue quickly and resolved it with urgency. I ALWAYS have excellent experiences with Hiller.

I should have called them from the very beginning so my problem didn’t last for 3 weeks, tried other companies first, but they didn’t impress me on their performance, the way they conduct business and their pricing. Hiller scheduled someone right away to come see the issue, was quoted and they did the rest. They didn’t promise one day work, they said 2 days but it only took them few hours and charged me less than what we talked about because it didn’t take them long to fix it. Don’t think twice, choose Hiller, saves you time, money and headaches.

Happy New Years this guy I forget his name he was on time very professional very determined we couldn't find the spot where the thing was what he needed to clean out I was about to give up but he didn't he's very professional he found it got the work done and I'm very very thankful to this guy he was a wonderful worker and the price was reasonable and you all helped me in my desperate time of need and for that I say thank you thank you thank you God bless

Generator installation went great. Their crew were very professional and friendly.

I was doing a whole house renovation on a 1600 sq ft home they needed new plumbing and AC. They came out for an HVAC bid, but didn’t send me the bid for over a week (after I reached out to remind them that they should send it). That bid came in at almost double other bids I received. They then asked if I would meet with their plumber to get a more accurate bid. I agreed and met with him. They surprised me with a service charge, which wasn’t great. Unsurprisingly, they once again failed to send me a bid, although his “rough estimates” were substantially higher than other estimates I had received. For instance, hourly labor came in at about $200. My takeaway is that the people I worked with were nice enough, but you will pay for the Hiller name and I am skeptical the service would match the cost.

I couldn't be happier with the service I received. The office was professional and I got an appointment right away. The technician was extremely professional and personable. We had no idea what the problem was. He was honest and the cost was reasonable. We will call Hiller again!

Absolutely the most polite service technicians I have ever met. They were prompt, well organized, and got the job done in a timely manner. When they left they cleaned up all the debris. Other than having a nice cool home, you'd never know they were here. Happy for sure!
