Wanted to say thank you to all the Artic Heating and Cooling staff. HVAC went out they sent out a technician to look at it , needed replaced , gave me an estimate and Artic was out the next day to do the install. The staff that did the install did an excellent job very friendly and answered any questions that i had. When finished they cleaned up all trash and JR showed me everything they had done and answered all questions i had . very satisfied with Arctic Heating and Cooling . Good Job.

The Arctic Heating Cooling & Plumbing team is professional, from the office to the job site, and is timely. When they said they would be at my home at a certain time they were there. They took time to thoroughly answer ALL the questions I had. The heating system is providing even airflow throughout the house. Also, they cleaned up the area in the hallway after they completed the heating, duct and vent repairs. Thank you to Patrick, JR, Nick and Jessica.

This company showed me and my family great professionalism and everyone that I have dealt with have been so nice!! Jessica in the office and Mr. Ray who is out in the field, really provided excellent customer service. They are quick to communicate if you have to leave a message after hours, and Jessica is always very nice on the phone when you call to set up an appointment. We had a new HVAC unit installed this summer and a system check was included. JR was knowledgeable and did a great job explaining our options. Jessica helped find an affordable unit that also qualified for tax rebates. Jessica also called to get my mainenance scheduled since I had not set it up.

I used a different company and didn't realize that they were pulling one over on me until I did some research. I switched to Arctic Air based on a recommendation and have been 100% happy ever since and paying a lot less. Super honest and they legit care if you are happy. As an example, I told them I had a certain problem and needed a dampener to fix it. That sounded reasonable so they came and installed one. Then they took the time to stay at my house for 40 minutes experimenting with the heat to see if the problems I wanted the dampener for was fixed. Turns out it wasn't. He then spent the time crawling through my attic to solve the mystery for me. The dampener was still needed but the real solution was found and fixed. The former company would have just done exactly what I had asked and skidaddled. Aritc Air cares about customer happiness. Super thankful.

This was my first experience and it was very good service at a competitive price. In addition, they uncovered and fixed multiple mistakes made by the previous company used. The lead technician (JR) was knowledgeable and professional. I would recommend this company based upon this experience.
