I had my Heating system maintenance to get ready for winter. The techs were on time and called before arriving. Polite and efficient. The same was done for a rental property of mine. Would never use any other company. They have been providing service for me for about 10 years.

Patrick always calls back and Dan and Marshall are so nice and professional and patient with all my questions and the have awesome personalities. Had an issue with our heat at my office on one of the coldest days of the year so far. Called Arctic and they were out right away and we were nice and cozy before the office even opened! Dan was the technician and you couldn't have asked for a nicer more thorough person.

My experience today was excellent. I talked with Patrick yesterday and he was very thorough! He called first thing this morning (8:35 am) and asked about my schedule. Then Anthony called at 9:45 am and was here within an hour. Anthony was very knowledgable and fixed it without having to cut open the wall!! These guys are absolutely amazing! It was unfortunate we had to have them come out to look at our plumbing within a week of us buying our first home. From the moment Ryan came to our door, I was at ease. They are professional, ethical, friendly, and efficient. They explained everything from the beginning and worked hard to have our problem resolved within a reasonable timeframe. They quoted us a price that was in our budget and were willing to work with us if the problem was bigger after they started the project. I cannot brag on these guys enough! last week my mother had water line leaks and clogged sewage line. I called Arctic and Patrick sent her the most professional technicians, the leaks were in the crawl space, I never would have went under there not even to take a look. They replaced bad piping, they did everything needed first class work. I highly recommend Arctic Heating Cooling & Plumbing. the cost of the work was very reasonable. I was highly satisfied.
