As always, Arctic to the rescue! Anthony & crew even showed up a day earlier than expected due a scheduling break. They quickly fixed my toilet. Replaced the seal & caulked...no more rocking toilet & no more moisture under the surrounding tiles! YAY! thank you!

I called for help i was on the schedule for the next day as mine was not an emergency. I could not believe Someone was coming out so fast. I loved my service guy he was so knowledgeable. And he didn’t mind my dogs bugging him. He fixed my problem in no time.

As a homeowner we all know the struggle of maintenance and some (like me) don’t have a clue! Getting a service you TRUST and can rely on is terrible in Memphis! I went to Facebook looking and a nice young lady named Jessica reached out to me. She set me up with an inspection and kept in contact with me throughout the ENTIRE process! She explained everything and talked to me through any method…messenger, email, phone calls etc!!! She made the whole experience E A S Y!!! The guys came ON TIME and gave me estimates for repair or new installation! They gave me pictures of what they saw before I made my decision. They gave me the options to choose from! Of course I went with the full replacement because once you fix one piece another one will fall(I’ve learned)!! This place his highly recommended! Such a great service experience! Patrick responded quickly to my call, gave me an estimate and arranged for the work to be done promptly. The installers who replaced my water heater, Anthony and Rodney, were absolutely awesome. The access path to the heater needed to be cleared -- they took care of that. Then they somehow made it look easy-as-pie to get a 50-gallon water heater up a set of pull-down stairs to an attic. Their work was clean, professional, and efficient. They went above and beyond to help me in every way. Plus, all of them were just incredibly nice guys.

05/03/2022 -- Service Representative Chris was quite courteous and respectful as he inspected my A/C system. He checked, tested, cleaned the system inside and outside the house; then, answered all my questions with a smile. He was knowledgeable of his work, and I appreciate his professionalism.

2020 -- After having to endure fire and destruction, then wait patiently for the restoration -- I would never have thought the sewer line would be an issue. Yet, Anthony and his team-mate, as well as Mr. Patrick, helped me through it. I appreciate their hard work and concern for me and my family...God bless!
