Chris was a great service technician. Before diagnosis my issue, he ran several different test to assure he was giving the proper diagnosis. Even before his final diagnosis, he ran one last final test. Two days after providing service, Chris provided a courtesy call to assure the problem was corrected and everything was running properly before closing out his ticket.
