It took 5 people close to 10 hours to do this job. There was no follow up to inspect the completed job. There was an additional vent that was not installed. The paperwork says I get a Wi-Fi compatible thermostat. They installed a standard model. I asked and was told that the Wi-Fi model did not apply to me. Only one tech acted in a professional manner going so far as to apologize for the long install. A couple of the others only complained about fellow employees and poor management. The lack of training was obvious from the salesman down to the techs. If you use this company be sure you get EVERYTHING in writing. The AC works fine but the customer service was all but absent.

The servicing team that completed the installation took their time to install our unit properly and they were extremely informative and kind.

Great experience! They told me some things about my air and heating system that no one had told me. I signed up one day, and they were at my home the next day. They worked diligently to get my family and I in comfort. It was VERY expensive, but hopefully it is worth it in the long run and the system will last at least 15 - 20 years because of the cost.

We were very impressed with everyone we encountered at Conway! They were all friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable including Marvin Hayes who gave us the estimate and Brandon Jeffries and JR Shaw who worked so hard in our attic on the hottest day of the Summer! Marvin explained that Bartlett city required the hot water heater to be strapped in the attic in case of an earthquake and Brandon and JR did an excellent job!

Amazing service and awesome technician (Vincent). Our AC had some issues and I called for assistance- they got back with me about the appointment within a few hours and the technician came out the next day. I got reminder texts and notifications, everything was perfect and our AC was fixed so quickly.

We've been long-time customers and had them do two system replacements in our home over the past decade. Though we usually get a different tech each visit, they're always polite and professional.

On a call service today we knew that we needed to recharge our leaking, older bedroom unit that will need to be replaced within a year. Used to be that the first pound of R410a was free to paying service plan members, but not any longer.

OK, so we need three pounds of coolant. For a long time, monthly dues-paying customer. Costs are rising for coolant due to regulations and dwindling supply, but let's say wholesale prices are in the $20-ish/lb ballpark. Typical quoted prices in my area are $100-120/lb, installed.

Conway? Would you believe $300 PER POUND? Yep, I was quoted $900 for 3 lbs. Oh, and would I like for them to send someone out to discuss that new unit I'm going to need?

The $900 was insulting. Thanks but no thanks, I don't want to waste my time or yours on whatever you'd like to charge me for a new unit. I called and canceled my "club" membership, seeing no real value in it for me any more, and have a local provider coming by this afternoon to quote all of the needed work (and his coolant is installed at $100/lb).

Conway chased away a customer today with ridiculous, extortionate pricing. But I don't blame the service tech who was just doing his job very professionally.

The installation is clean looking and the installation crew was excellent. They picked up after themselves and left the area clean. I would highly recommend Conway Services for your generator needs. No high pressure sales gimmick’s, they just went through the numbers and my wife and I decided which unit would be best for our needs.

Work is guaranteed with warranty backing, which give homeowners a piece of mind. I highly recommend this service. Electric, HVAC, and Plumbing under one roof. I have used all services.

I received timely communication from the company as to when their service representative would be at my home. Ken, our service technician, arrived early and was very professional. We have dogs and he was very thoughtful about letting us get the dogs situated so that he could do his work. He was really very nice and extremely knowledgeable about what he was doing. He was courteous and wore booties on his shoes. Just a very polite gentleman. I give him personally a five star!
