The work that Conway does it’s great. Each technician always does a wonderful job and are very kind. The company and their scheduling is the bad part. I’ve made appointments after appointments with them and they always get canceled or “unscheduled”. I then have to call and basically threaten to leave the comfort club (or whatever they call it now) for them to actually get someone out to me.

It is not good. On 29th they send out a tech that had no experience had to be diagnosed by the tech on phone. Waited five days for a part which we had to stay on them and call about it. Lastly, they send another tech and you know he did not want to be there. Rushed to get a temporary fix. Approximately thirty minutes later the ac unit said there was a fault. We called Conway back and they did not want to send anyone back until next day(which will be between 10-2). I hope they send someone that wants to help customers.

I had an appointment scheduled for plumbing services on Friday after 2. I spoke to a person with Conway at 2:12 & confirmed that I was home waiting for them. The man said a technician would arrive within 45 minutes. After waiting two hours, I called back, and the person said they called at 2:28 and I never responded that I was home. That is a lie. No one ever called at 2:28, and I had already confirmed I was home waiting at 2:12. The person told me someone would call me back shortly to get a tech to my home. No one ever called back. It is now 3 days later, and still no one has phoned. When I called again today, they show no appointment in their system. If you are expecting good service and honesty, look elsewhere. They lie, do not show up, and then do not communicate. I have used Conway for years, but I never will again. They are dishonest and decent service has fallen by the wayside.

We just moved into a new house three days ago. Everything was flooding from backed up sewage. We got a speedy technician to come out immediately, he was very pleasant very sweet,polite, was honest about the problem. The cost was worth it which was reasonable. And now I have no more problem. I can take a bath! I would use this service again. And keep them on my speed dial. Signed, cajun girl!!!

I've used Conway in the past. Actually bought the HVAC system 5 years ago we currently have in our house. But I will never use them again. Set up an appointment with them with a 4 hour window (12-4) They never called. So I called them at 4 inquiring whether they were behind or if our lines got crossed. The person answering said that they would escalate this to dispatch and I could expect a call in 5-15 minutes. They never called.

At 5 I called back. This time the person who answered told me that the techs were probably backed up but if I wanted, I could either reschedule for Thursday (it's Tuesday) OR wait. I told her that I was going to wait. She assured me that I would get a call back with more information in.....5-15 minutes....

I got that call at 5:30. They told me that they couldn't get to my house that day but they could reschedule for tomorrow or the next day. Now, why would I reschedule a 4 hour window with a company that didn't honor the 4 hour window in the past? Why would I give my money to a company that has that little respect for my time that they couldn't bother calling within that time frame to reschedule or even before?

As the saying goes, if you fool me once, shame on me....but fool me twice... Goodbye Conway.

Came for a service call on furnace error. Before spending much time diagnosing the problem was told it was the board failing and that a number of other things was going wrong. Said the board was $1200+ alone for a part that was easily found online new for $100. Started a quote for a replacement HVAC at $14k+. Seemed absurd to me and when I told him to leave caught some attitude. Quotes around town and all came back in the $9k range for same or better systems. One of the companies asked who did the diagnostic to determine it wasn’t repairable. When I told them who he immediately called his tech to come to the house and the guy had it fixed in 10 minutes. I will never do business with you again.
