I called in 7/3/23 am to get estimate for a under slab. Was told between 12 and 4. Tech showed up at 3. I had no problem with that. This is what got me upset. I spent my day waiting to be told we do not do that. When I specifically told them when I called in a under slab. Can not give any stars.

I would highly recommend Conway services for anyone looking for a excellent plumbing company. The technician that they sent out name is Matthew, He is kind, knowledgeable, and efficient. Matthew went beyond the call of duty, he made sure my new kitchen faucet and valves were working properly and he made the process extremely easy. I would definitely use Conway services again I will be asking for Matthew as my future technician.

Conway is great down to the service, step by step communication, performance, etc. Only thing I disliked was the field supervisor(Jessica) greeted my dog never once knocked on my door for me to greet her she walked clean said hi and went straight were the techs were. To much is going on for you to walk in anybodies house. Let along another agent was called out and she directed him in like I wasn't sitting there, he did speak and ket me know who he was. The fact of the matter is let me greet whomever is at my door, never do you take upon yourself to do so period.

I spent yet another day (12 pm-4 pm) waiting for Conway to show up for a scheduled appointment. No show/no call! This the 2nd time they have missed an appointment! We called first thing this morning to confirm the appt. before driving two hours to meet them at our Memphis condo. Called Chickasaw once it was apparent Conway wasn’t coming, and they worked us in for service this evening.

I have to say Conway has really really let me down and disappointed me. Not being able to fix my system, a relatively young system Conway installed completed new (2016)not long ago is completely unacceptable. This is a system Conway has maintained twice a year since installing. The explanation given to us was "we dont have the part we have to order it" is completey unacceptable. A national company like conway/ARS should keep inventory in their local branches. If you cant service what you sell, you should not be in business. Now we have to wait out the hottest long holiday weekend of the year with no air conditioning. Unacceptable. Furthermore, you present yourselves as a local company and you're not. John Conway is a sham. You call what you think is a local number with local employees for service and you're routed to a mega call center. I literally spent 30 minutes on the phone demanding and pleading to speak to the person in charge of the local branch and I finally got him (Travis Bassinger) the average person would have given up long ago. To get to him I had to argue like a trial lawyer. He is a great person working for a horrible service failure of an organization. Its amazing the frustration you put your customers through. Not happy at all with you guys. Very very let down and disappointed by your organization. Shop local is the way to go from now on.

I am extremely frustrated with Conway and their inability to follow through with scheduling & inaccurate description of the appointment schedule . I had called yesterday 5/11 to get someone out for our issue and they scheduled me for 9a-1p and the email stated that they would call 30-45 min before arrival. They apparently tried calling me at 7:20a which is perfectly fine if I had been given the expectation that the window would be 8-1. I was getting ready for my job so I missed the call since I had prepared to receive a call beginning at 8:15 and beyond. When I called back the lady in the office laughed and said they moved on to the next person. I was completely understanding of them moving on, but she verbally agreed that I would still be in the rotation for someone to come out. By 12:25p I had not gotten a call that anyone was coming and was nearing the end of my 4 hour window. I called back and another lady said she would have a tech call within ~15 min to let me know when they'd get to me. It is 4:20p and I have already gotten another company out and has fixed the issue in the meantime. I believe they probably have great technicians that do great work, but this is not how you handle a customer. If you can't get to the job just say that. I read an almost identical review to mine a few days ago and just didn't take it serious until this experience. I highly recommend the company, Airwise--ask for Grayson. They were able to fix our issue going into this warm weekend. Let this be a major learning experience, Conway!

Perfect name for a terrible company CONway. I will never use them again. I requested service on a mini split repair that was scheduled for the morning. I called several times throughout the day and only one guy showed up after 6 pm at night. WHAT? You can't be serious. The guy that showed up never gave me an estimate on what it would cost. He just says it's going to cost, really. I spent almost $6000 on an HVAC unit from them a couple of years ago and the new unit is worse than my old one. I won't get into the frustration and ridiculous conversation I had with them. They make no apologies, but are full of excuses. How are they even in business? Just know I would never recommend them and I will not use this company ever again. They are HORRIBLE!

Although we were super frustrated because of the numerous no shows and lack of communication by the technicians and management , when Brayden showed up he was amazing! He was professional, knowledgeable, and explained everything that he did or was going to do. He restored our faith in Conway. Hopefully he will come any time we need service on our unit.

Due to time of year, it did take a few extra days to get an appointment but the service was worth it. Eric G was the best technician . He was super professional and helpful. He was very thorough and explained each step. Reasonably priced. Will be using again.
