Michael from Conway Services did the Maintenance Service on my Stand by Generator today. He was prompt and professional. He clearly listed all of the work that he did today on the generator, accepted my discount coupon from Conway, and confirmed the cost on the front end. Since we got the Generator in 2018, he has responded to all of our needs to keep the generator in good working order. Thank you so much! Betty Pate

To be honest it didn’t start out the best way. On Friday my A/C was blowing hot air even while it was off. Called and they said they had technicians available and I asked if they could come after 2:30 because I had work meetings. They said no problem, 5:30 rolls around and not a word. I call and they said they would reach out and see what was happening. No call. I call back at 7:30 after hours picks up and said they were sorry for the inconvenience and they would reschedule for Saturday. At one point it was 85 degrees in my house, so I completely disconnected the a/c unit.

Saturday rolls around it’s about 12pm haven’t heard anything, so I call and they said I’m on the schedule and they will call when they are on their way. 6:30 comes and I call back and they said that a technician tried to call me but there is no record of that on my call log so I said well that’s not true, I’ve been home all day and my phone hasn’t rang once. The dispatchers were all very nice and professional. They even notated in my file to waive the diagnostic fee, and scheduled me for Monday (Today 4/3/2023).

Technician showed up around 8am I believe, very friendly and was apologetic about the miscommunication between Conway and I. The technician was Bryant Norfleet, he was professional and did a thorough job of figuring out what was wrong. Thankfully it was just the thermostat and showed us how to wire the new one correctly. Conway corrected the situation and I am very pleased. I will be using them again for A/C related needs. Thank you!

Tech came out and gave him three potential jobs to quote but they were unable to do anything. This includes the initial doorbell power extensions. I am having to schedule another tech from somebody else. The tech was very very nice on the other hand.

The technician came out on Sunday June 4, 2023. Needed dye test done but all the guy did was just walk away and stated “I’ll see what I can do” he lied and said he put Freon in but didn’t because he didn’t have any Freon to finish the job so we was charged $615.00 and still no air nor answers! So I called the next day they said someone was coming and they never showed! So we had to call “Mister Green Way” to come fix what Conway was supposed to have did but never did. That’s $615.00 down the drain. I can guarantee you this everyone I know will know about the “nightmare” we had with “ScamWay” Matter of fact let me call WREG Investigator…. I bet Stacey Jacobs would love to do the story about this company!

Made appointment two weeks ago, company had me scheduled for between 8-12 today, no show-no call. I called company and we agreed to 3pm, no show and now it’s 5:10 pm. Not good….

So, the office called at 5:30 and said they couldn’t make it because technician was held up at another job, then they wanted to reschedule in two weeks. Really?? So I called Higgins Electric and they put me n the calendar for this Friday.

Last two times we've had their techs out, Conway has been everything you'd hope for. Polite, honest, and knowledgeable about their craft, Allen made sure to explain everything involved including the possibility of what might fail during the repair. Some people just want the tech in and out, minimal chat, and a leak-free shower but you get so much more with these guys and gals. I love that Allen was personable and willing to share a laugh or two while he got business taken care of which made the process of spending money you don't want to all that much more bearable.

They call to schedule maintenance per contract. They provide dates and times available. They don't show don't call. They call 12 hours after appointment time, ask to reschedule. Verify available date and time they have available., call day after stating they are overbooked. State this would be second day I would have to take day off work to utilize their schedule. Confirm appointment. Don't show don't call. Still no response.

I'm subscribed to Conaway's Comfort Club maintenance plan & they were there to perform one of my yearly scheduled maintenance services. Technician Mr Kentrell J. was great! He was on time, professional, polite, gave me an overview of the things he serviced & also made suggestions for future services. Great service provided by Conway.
