Highly recommend MAC'S! My technician was Drew, and he was amazing! Drew was %100 professional at all times. He explained everything in detail to where I could understand the process. He gave me honest options to resolving my issue and was descriptive with the options he provided. Hands down the best customer service I've received from any company to date! From initial call - service complete was done in a timely manner! Price was very reasonable in my opinion! Absolutely satisfied with my experience and will not hesitate to call MAC'S for all my plumbing needs!

I would HIGHLY recommend MAC plumbing. I called MAC plumbing around 11:30AM today with a major water leak in my front yard. My water bill had doubled in a month and water was pouring out into my front yard. Adam and Dennis responded by 1PM, which was amazing when dealing with a major water issue in the middle of winter. They were both very professional and kind to me and my family. They located the issue within no time and had the repair completed by 4PM. I did not expect them to resolve the issue so quickly and efficiently in such a short amount of time. Nor did I expect them to clean up all the dirt work when finished. They went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. They were open and honest about pricing and what it was going to cost. I wasn't charged until the job was completely finished and verified to be working properly. This was one of the better home repairs we've experienced as a family and I will never use another plumbing service in Clarksville. Thank you

This company is very professional and a pleasure to deal with. They not only showed up on time but also called and text me prior, during and after the work was completed. Even when the job took twice as long as expected and had to bring in other tools I never heard a mention of more money than quoted. This is the second time Mac Plumbing has done service for me. They were originally used by my contractor last year for part of a bathroom remodel and Adam and Eli did a great job then! I called for a leak repair and Adam and Eli came out again - was nice to see familiar faces. They found the leak and finished the repair in one visit. I had some toilet issues with a flange problem and a leak. My scheduled time was 1-4 but I got a call at 11am saying they could come early which I was impressed with.
Brandon was the plumber who came, he was very polite and professional. He got to the issue quickly and did a great job getting everything taken care of, very happy with his work and the bill was very reasonable.
This Company is very courteous, very responsive and they work really fast. Great service at a great price, you can't go wrong with these guys and I will definitely be using them in the future.

I have a leak, drip at the faucet in my shower. Called Mac plumbing. Bruce (very nice man) came out and accessed the problem, he had to order the parts, then Jeff came out the next week (on time) and installed the new parts and fixed the problem. Jeff was very professional, polite and knowledgeable. In and out less than an hour. He even wore those boot cover up slipper things. He even folded over the toilet paper roll to make it pointed (like them fancy hotels do) I appreciate y'alls customer service. If I ever need plumbing services again, "I'm calling Mac!

Jeff was the Plummer from Mac Plumming . He was very professional, patient, he answered all my questions and very friendly. The expendable tank that sits above the water heater was installed incorrectly. He installed it upright as it should have been. He drained my water heater it was full of salt that burst from a water softner system which caused all the faucets in my home very slow pressure coming out the hot water side of the faucet.
I am very thankful to Jeff for fixing my problem . He did an awesome job.
