Jeff was a very experienced technician!! And they are responsible price compared to other plumbing companies!! Jeff found the problem,which was the ses pump. I thought was just a back up. And first plumbers I called out didn't figure it out and was going to charge double!! Thanks sooooo much Jeff!

My son is deployed with the 101st. Is returning CONUS within 48 hours. I'm 3 states away from Campbell. Son's water froze up under his home several weeks ago. Oak Grove water contacted me and informed me that they shut water off at the main. I attempted on several occasions in the interim time to contact several plumbers to address this issue, explained situation to them(potential water leak/leaks under the home, nobody there, deployed, etc.) I left detailed voicemails and texts for the top three plumbers that come up on a Google search for the Clarksville area. Not one of them had the courtesy to respond to me even. Was desperate yesterday morning, spent several hour's on the phone, finally spoke to a Mrs. Joy at Mac plumbing. She was concerned with helping this returning serviceman, she was very detailed/informative, told me I'd be contacted by a Mr. Drew(their man on the ground,) within an hour or two. He contacted me within that time frame, told me he was on enroute to my son's residence and he would be there in about 40 mikes(minutes.) He kept his word and contacted me when he was on target, I'll wrap this up now, the fellow Drew went through hell and high-water to perform multiple repairs under the home, took plenty of pictures of the work, before and after, stayed in communication with me the entire process(disclosed each repair and price before performing work, I tried to give them a card number and pay up front being that I'm out of state but he declined, said we'll settle up when we're done.) Even waited for one of my son's buddy's to come over with key's to the house so he could check in the home as well, good thing he did, work/repairs were required inside as well. I 'humped a ruck' a long time myself for our Uncle Sam, my son is off to the Q course at BRAGG the end of Feb. Drew indicated to me that his old man was retired 5th Group. I really can't say enough solid thing's about this business. EXCELLENT OPERATION!!!

I had Mac Plumbing magnet advertisement sticker on my refrigerator for years that I received in the mail. I never had any plumbing problems until now. My pipes busted December 23 and I was without water until Dec 26. I had another plumber that gave me a price of $850.00 and giving me the run around. He was asking for more money, and he was referred by a friend. I call the Mac plumbing company and they responded quickly showed up at my door in 30 minutes fixed the problem in 45 minutes and my total price 337.00 compared to the $850.00 the other plumber was trying to beat me out of, you guy earn my business. Thanks so much for all your help!

Because of the brutal cold/winter storm that came through over Christmas break we apparently had a pipe burst and were not home. I called from the road on our drive home and they let us know that it would likely be a few days bc they were so backed up with so many people.

Not only was Mac the most affordable in town, but the angels working there came the very next morning at 8am. They sent Jeff and his assistant (a young man). Jeff was so so so kind, funny, and great at his job. I cannot recommend these folks more. If you need ANYTHING plumbing, call Mac. You will not regret it in the slightest. 10/10, 5 stars, A+ service from first phone call to last moments of then leaving. I will forever have them on speed dial for any plumbing or heating issues.

I am so glad I called Mac. I have a few things going. My tech Drew was absolutely great. He took his time with me. He answered all my questions and set me up with options for the work. He was very nice and a pleasure to do business with. (actually both men were very nice and professional) I truly feel good about my choosing Mac.

I am a business owner and we were having trouble with our sink. We called Mac Plumbing to come in and fix it. Yes, they came really quick and that was much appreciated. They came, they worked, nothing was doubled checked before they left. We took their word that they fixed the problem, we paid them and they left. So, we continued business as usual. Nobody used that sink until later in the evening and the sink continued to have to have the SAME problems but it was too late to call them back that evening. We called back the next day. They said they would come to look/fix the sink but they’re going to charge me AGAIN to fix it even though they failed to fix it the first time. When I asked why they are going to charge me again, their response was “because we don’t know if you messed with it after we left”… I think that their customer service and actual service that was provided was very poor and unprofessional.

Dennis showed up on time, quickly assessed the situation, decided on a solution, solved the problem. He was very professional, but friendly. Very satisfied.

When we were on vacation during the extreme cold weather in December we called MAC Plumbing to have our water cut off at the meter. It gave us peace of mind to know we didn't have to worry about coming home to frozen water pipes and a potential mess. We appreciate the great service we receive everytime we use their services.

We had our septic tank pumped. Eli and Dennis did an amazing job. They were there quick, very knowledgeable, and very very polite.

Drew was awesome! Very informative of my options and efficient. Highly recommend. We’ve used Mac numerous times
