I called around 6pm and let them know the issue I was having. My AC was not working at all upstairs and my boys rooms were too hot for them to sleep in. Bryan came out that night and was so professional and immediately fixed the problem. I will most definitely be using them for any future problems and am beyond thankful they were so responsive and helpful!
Just finished with Daniel at H&H, he came out to do an annual HVAC servicing and showed me the ropes while completing the maintenance. He was patient while I asked a bunch of questions and was trying to learn how the system worked and what could clog the coils. Moreover, my toddler was with me outside without his shoes and he kindly advised us to be careful due to the abrasive cleaner that was on the ground that could hurt his feet.
Overall, an awesome service call from H&H. Highly recommend!
They may not have the Nationwide name brand of some of the other HVAC companies in town but they are superb in my experiences. A few years back we had multiple companies come out to quote us for a new unit. The owner of H&H was the only one of 4 or 5 that took the time to actually measure out our house room by room to make sure we got an adequate sized unit and didn't waste money on an oversized one. They also offered to reseal our vents so we didn't lose any cooling air flow into the crawlspace. They were super helpful when we had a manufacturer's defect roughly 1 year after installation and repaired it in 24 hours for free after sending someone to drive and get the part. Every technician that has subsequently come to service/maintain the unit has been professional and happy to explain any issues in an easy to understand language. I can't speak highly enough of this company and would suggest them to anyone in need of service or replacement.
I used them because someone I knew referred them to me. I wanted to give them a shot because I am in real estate and there could be more potential business down the line. I needed just a standard systems check with a report stating how the unit was operating for a client who was in the middle of their inspection period on their house. The service tech showed up on time and was there the day he said he would be there, but there was no report sent over. Apparently, the tech didn't show up the next 3 days, which pushed us past our inspection period, so basically, my client paid for a service that will not help them. If the report was turned in today it wouldn't matter because we are outside the period now. So, $90 just down the drain. I thought we were clear when stating we needed the report turned in within a certain timeframe. If they ran this business properly, they just would have sent another tech out to the house and run another check on the unit, to make sure they could get the report over to the client that paid for this service. We made our calls to them, so they were well aware of the situation. You make your best judgement if you want to use them, but this unprofessionalism will not be seeing anymore of my business or business from any of my partners.
We have absolutely loved our experience with H & H! I highly recommend them to anyone needing quick and accurate service. We had one of our a/c units stop cooling in the middle of summer with a newborn in the house. We contacted several other companies who could not come out for a few days. H & H came out the same day just a few hours later and got things up and running! We encountered another problem not long after and they were quick to respond again and get us back to feeling cool. Charles is awesome and did a great job! He was very helpful and took care of our issues. The ladies in the office are kind and always answered any questions I had. 5 stars to an awesome company!
I was referenced to this company by a really good plumbing company. The man who answered the phone was rude, not personable at all. I gave him my address (Ashland City) and he rudely told me to call somebody else. He said the road conditions were not good to send a truck to our home, which I understand, but the manner with which he spoke to me was not professional at all. If you are unable to send a technician to service something, there are more polite and mannerable ways to speak to a potential customer. He bluntly said: "find someone else... I'm not sending anyone out there to you." I was not impressed whatsoever.
We are very disappointed with H&H. We recently bought a house in which the HVAC was not working. The previous owner told H&H to just fix it well enough to pass inspection rather than replace anything, so they did. Then when we moved in a few weeks later, the unit had broken again. We called them to come back out, and they charged us a service fee (even though they had just serviced the unit 2 months prior). They accept no responsibility for patching a unit that should have been replaced (at least the coil, of not the whole unit). I would never recommend using this company. We will be replacing our unit with another company.
They have come out to fix my unit twice in the past. Different techs but both very nice and didn't try to over charge me. They always gave me an estimate of the most it might cost. Both times it was less. They never tried to sell me something I didn't need. They were always here when they said they'd be. No long wait. I would highly recommend them!
H & H gets the highest recommendation I can offer. H & H focuses on doing great work at the best price. They are fast and courteous, and they didn't try to take advantage of me with a sales pitch. H & H will get all of my HVAC service and installation for the foreseeable future.
The service tech that came out was super friendly and extremely knowledgeable. The prices are about average for an HVAC company but I felt ok with due to the quality of service.
