Our technician Jeff was very knowledgeable, fast and professional. The admin personnel were also super pleasant to deal with and they came out a replaced the water heater same day. Also, they are handling all of the questions from my home warranty company to get me reimbursed ASAP. Great company, highly recommend!

My wife has unusual and very extreme health issues. All the people at Mac listened to our concerns and went above and beyond to make sure they followed all protocols to keep her safe. Especially our technician, Dennis. He was punctual, professional, understanding and did an outstanding job.

Jeff was very professional and polite. He was able to come a little earlier than the schedule time which worked out perfect for me. I added an additional problem to fix and he was able to complete it in a timely manner and give me advice on some maintenance questions I had. We have called upon Mac Plumbing for all types of leak repairs over the years. They always show up when they say they're going to arrive, their work is high quality, and they are very responsive even in an emergency situation. We would not think of calling anyone else for plumbing repairs and highly recommend them.

Long story short: Mac's plumbing awesome, re-piped my whole house, price competitive with other plumbing companies, thank you Adam and crew, would absolutely recommend to all.

Long story: I contacted and received estimates from plumbers at four plumbing companies for an entire re-pipe of my 3bd 3bth single family residence here in Clarksville prior to contacting Mac's plumbing. On 26 September I contacted Mac's plumbing for an estimate and they informed me it would cost $59 to complete an estimate. I was not a fan of that but I scheduled them anyway for 27 September. Adam and Mark showed up and performed the estimate on 27 September and they proceeded to conduct the most thorough inspection and provided the most complete estimate for re-piping the whole house. They're total price was in-line with the previous four estimates I received, not the lowest, not the highest, all estimates within $700 of each other. However, they did not leave any work to chance and figured out exactly what they would need to do during the inspection instead of leaving things to "best guess", "until we get in there", or price ranges, what I was quoted was exactly what I paid. They were able to compete their work between 29-30 September. I believe they did a great job as everything is thus far in working order, I will be sure to edit this review if anything changes though. Once again, thank you very much to Adam and his crew, I would highly recommend Mac's plumbing for anyone with plumbing needs.

Drew and Logan were amazing and such a big help. I had a few leaks that I had no idea about and Drew explained exactly what was going on and gave me multiple different options on how it can be fixed. Drew and Logan were very professional, they knew what they were doing and they got the job done right away! Mac Plumbing is the way to go! Also, I will add that Nick, who scheduled Drew to come out, was extremely helpful and kind. Great Customer Service from everyone!
