Awesome service, had them out twice in one week, Adam came out both time and on the second trip he had Eli. Both guys did an awesome job. On job one they ran all new plumbing for a washer install in a commercial space and on the second job they replaced my water heater. They were fast professional funny guys who did a solid job and left the lace looking great… highly recommend this company!

Eli and Jared came out today and pumped our septic for us. Amazing service! We weren't sure who to go to and I gave Mac plumbing a try. As soon as I called they answered and helped me with my situation. They were able to come out the same day and get the septic pumped and gave us great advice on the next steps. Mr. Dennis Merriweather came to my mother's house today to assist with her sewer and plumbing issues. Mr. Dennis was so kind, professional, diligent and patient with her due to her being of Asian descent and it would have been difficult for her to understand everything he was explaining about her sewer and plumbing issues. He explained her issues in a way that she could understand and then executed his knowledge of city referrals and contacted them to assess and complete the job. I was having trouble trying to get my window unit installed. I didn’t have AC for almost 2 days in the summer time. Not only did Mac plumbing move my appointment day a day forward but made sure they came right after another job. Robert showed up right on time and made sure he wasn’t leaving till I had AC and that the unit was properly installed. Highly recommend this company and Robert !

Our sewer was actively backing up into our house and MAC was the only company that understood the desperate need for an immediate response. They sent someone at once and from the moment Adam showed up he worked fast and furious until the flooding ceased and our problem was found. He then was able to help the City sewer crew to pinpoint the problem. We are so thankful for Adam’s knowledge and expertise. Drew from MAC plumbing explained my problem and offered an immediate solution. He was able to repair my plumbing issue in a timely manner. He was courteous and told me about other products his company offered. I would definitely use MAC plumbing again.
