Professional, honest, timely service!
Our home warranty company picked a plumbing company that wasn’t local to replace our sewage ejector pump that had worn out. That pump only lasted two months before we had issues and sewage backing up into our garage.
We refused to let them fix the problem and called Mac Plumbing. Turns out the wrong pump had been installed.
Mac gave us a two year warranty on that pump and came out today to service it. Adam was our technician and was professional, friendly and fixed the issue. Mac Plumbing honored the warranty and left without pressuring me into anything I didn’t need. I cannot say that about other plumbing companies we’ve have dealt with.

Totally professional, on time and super friendly. Dennis was very helpful and went above what we originally planned for the appointment. I seriously appreciated his time with the added repair/replacement of a pipe (not sure what the piece is actually called) that was spewing water that we found the night before our appointment & an outdoor faucet that was also leaking. Unfortunately mother nature made it impossible to get our ceptic tank emptied, which was why they were originally here, we'll have to reschedule that service.

Eli and Cole just came out on a Saturday to fix our septic that was backed up. They got here within an hour of my call and were very friendly and helpful. The price wasn't nearly as bad as I thought it would be for an emergency Saturday call. I highly recommend them!!😊

Eli did an outstanding job. He was very professional and kept me informed as to what was goin on. We called them out for low pressure and they fixed the problem quickly. They even made a change to the layout of my plumbing so that my outdoor faucet has a lot better pressure. Thanks

Drew the technician was great! He assessed my old water heater and gave me options on how to remedy the situation. I ended up replacing the water heater all together. He cleaned the area afterwards. He is very knowledgeable and personable. Thanks for your help Mac Plumbing!

I was informed by a neighbor who works for Mac plumbing that my septic pump light was on. He recommended that I get the septic pumped and my septic-pump checked. He didn’t ask me to get the work done with Mac; but, I’m glad I did. Honest and reliable people work at this company and you’ll be satisfied to be a customer of theirs.

Today my water pipes burst and my son contacted Mac Plumbing. Eli and Cole came out tonight to fix it and after about 3 1/2 hours I have water again.
