Mike was excellent! Took his time replacing the part. Checked all the pressures and temperatures to make sure everything worked correctly after install. Our heating unit went out on 23 Dec 2022 during single digit degree weather and on Christmas Eve Eve. We were so fortunate to have called DOC Heating and Cooling. Chad Darrow diagnosed our problem and had our unit working in no time. He was very professional, responsive, reasonable, competent and customer service oriented. I highly recommend this company.

Our AC was not working, I picked this company based on their reviews and was not disappointed. Chad was sent out to look at our AC and he was fantastic. He was very thorough and patient and explained everything to me. We had to replace our unit and I never felt pressured he gave me several options and was able to replace everything the next day. The entire crew that came out was professional and very respectful. They cleaned up after themselves. I highly recommend this company.

Honestly the only company I trust. I had issues with a previous company and DOC Heating and Cooling literally went above and beyond. The other company is suspected of damaging my unit. It's a long story, but DOC Heating and Cooling came and picked up an old unit for no cost out of my yard along with working in cold weather until late in the evening to make sure I had working heat for the freeze that night. Impeccable service, friendly, and trustworthy! They were also one of the cheapest quotes I found.t

Our AC went out today and my landlord contacted Chad Darrow to come and fix it. He was here and had it fixed within 45 minutes. He was very helpful and even made a list of things that needed fixed when Home Warranty sends him back out. I would recommend him to anyone for all of you heating and cooling needs!

I definitely recommend this heating and cooling company. The technician Chad was working at my neighbors home and noticed my AC was frozen. He knocked on my door and let me know, which was perfect timing because I noticed my ac was not blowing out very cold air. This company went above and beyond in helping me out. They were fantastic and quick with resolving my issue.

Was recommended by family. I gave Chad a call due to air conditioning problems, he was very quick on coming out to check out the unit. Upon checking out my unit Chad informed me that my heat exchanger had rust holes causing potential harm of carbon monoxide poisoning. We had just recently bought this house and had no idea the home inspection didn’t catch it. With that being said we sat down looked at some options then I purchased a new unit then scheduled him to come back and replace our 30 year old unit. The guys came out a week later and installed our brand new unit they were quick and professional and we were excited to have A/C again. About a month later Chad called to check on us and see how the unit was doing and it wasn’t really performing like I had hoped. Chad came back out and checked the unit then came in the house and used his temp gun to gauge the temp in the house, well come to find out the unit was working great and my problem was excessive heat from the attic due to poor insulation which was causing the inside temp issue. I started pricing insulation for the attic and right before I was about to pull the trigger on it I had a phone call from Chad, he said I want to help you out! Let me insulate your attic no charge! I was speechless I said if you really want to I would love for you too! Him and he’s guys came out blew insulation in the attic while I grilled them some lunch. He also bought and installed gable vents along with installing a bigger return under the house all for no charge to me. Chad and he’s guys by my opinion have went way above and beyond and I am so thankful for he’s acts of kindness and helping us out the way that he did. I highly recommend these guys!
