What an amazing company... Darrow Heating and Cooling was the ONLY a/c company that actually answered the phone, they gave me a same day appointment, they kept me informed on their arrival and got my a/c back on for a very low price. Darrow Heating and Air dispatched two guys who were so extremely knowledgeable and explained in great detail what our 103 year old home needed to be more energy efficient AND referred us to some local contractors to help us reach our goal. I would and will refer Darrow to my family and friends in a heartbreat.

Best experience I've ever had with a/c repair! My a/c went out in the middle of the night and I called several places and no one could get out here for several days. I called Darrow and he said he'd be at my house between 10 and noon and he would call. He called me at exactly 11. So super punctual which is unheard of now a days. Gets here and takes a look and walks me through the issue. Friendliest guy I've ever met in my life btw and I found out he was the owner. Was only here about 45 mins and fixed the problem and my a/c works better than it did before and the whole thing cost me less than a trip to the grocery store. I will never call anyone else!

Had a great experience today with these guys. Just moved out here from out of town and there google reviews dont disapoint. I called at 8am and they were out at 11am to fix my heat pump and had no issues working with my home warranty for payment. Thanks to them and there quick help I was only without heat for 12 hours. Will be using them and there maintenance package they offer for many years to come. Keep up the great work.

Chad came to my rescue this time last year. My AC was not working efficiently, so the humidity level in the house was 70-80% and clothes were growing mold in my closet! He diagnosed the problem (dirty Freon from either faulty installation or sloppy maintenance from another company) and took care of it. This summer, I’m cool and dry and am saving $20 + a month on cooling costs. Good man and good company.

Chad had to come out and rewire another companies work that actually put in our a/c unit...we thought that it was our Nest again, but it wasnt! He took pictures and showed us the wiring. I am very pleased with his work and will definitely being using DARROW heating and cooling. Thank you so much Chad!

Chad was punctual, friendly, and affordable. Despite my HVAC system being much more complicated than it should have been, Chad was able to solve the problem, and get my air and thermostat working in one day. He even went out of his way to Nashville to retrieve the needed part. I definitely recommend this locally owned company to anyone looking for an affordable hometown HVAC company.

Chad is awesome!! I message Darrow through Thumbtack one evening around 10pm and received a response within 15minutes. Chad was at our door the next afternoon when we returned from work. He ordered our new unit that was suppose to arrive the next day. The unit didn’t arrive and he drove to Alabama and picked it up and was here the next and installed it during a terrible storm. We told him not, but he insisted we would not be without air another day! After talking more with Chad we learned he is a good Christian, Family man with impeccable work ethics. This guy knows his business!! I have and will continue to refer him to family and friends!!

Mr. Darrow came to our home he was a blessing to me and my family. I would recommend that you call him for all of your cooling and heating needs. If I could give more stars I will differently give him 10 across the board.
