I highly recommend Darrow heating & Cooling. Chad was very knowledgeable, and through with explaining the problem and gave me a clear plan for what he would do to repair the HVAC Packaged Unit. I feel Darrow is honest and trustworthy. When I called Darrow, they were on site the next day and paired the unit the same day because they had the parts needed on their truck.
Prior to calling Darrow, I had a different company from my Residential Warranty company who sent a tech who said he needed to replace the compressor and blower motor. I did not feet the other company were being honest. They were going to replace parts that did not need to be replaced.
Darrow has the proper testing equipment to show that the compressor and blower motor were not defective. With other testing equipment, Darrow was able to locate the problem; the single run and dual run capacitors were defective. Instead of paying $2,800 with the other dishonest company; Darrow repaired our HVAC Packaged Unit for just a few hindered dollars.
I am very pleased with Darrow and will call upon then again should I have other HVAC or Electrical needs.

Long story short, we are under home warranty and the warranty company called a shotty HVAC company to come out. Darrow Heating and cooling was the company that did our original home inspection. After wasting $$ we called and talked to Chad. He offered to have someone come out free of charge to do a check. The tech Michael was very professional and fixed the problem the correct way the 1st time. Highly recommend this company
Watch out for Air Essential location in Clarksville there owner Brett is an idiot and has no clue on how to fix HVAC units or thermostats

Chad was great and very patient. I dont know much about HVAC but he explained what was going on and was honest and got us fixed up in less than an hour.
