Eli and Cole came out late Christmas Eve to fix my broken pipes. They were like a couple of TALL cheerful Christmas elves, glad to be able to help. No complaints about the sub zero weather, they jumped on it and stayed with it until the problems were solved. I am very grateful.

Drew was very fair and early not just on time. Explained everything! I'm out of state so it made everything very easy. I'd use them again!

I was having issues with my water staying hot for more than 10-15 minutes at a time. Drew went and checked all things that could cause this issue and discovered the issue and was quick with informing me of the problem and fixing it. Very kind and professional. Informed me of other options that are available if the issue returns.

Adam came out and video’d my sewer line. Found a sag in the line and with that suggested a replacement (that I already had in mind due to a previous backup into my home). We talked about options for replacement and he suggested another individual in their company to come look at it after the utilities were marked. Mac (Dennis) came after utilities were marked and decided that the alternative was a good idea, we scheduled the work and went from there. Everyone I spoke to was knowledgeable, courteous and great! Would recommend Mac Plumbing any day of the week!

Jeff, the technician, has got to be the nicest and friendliest plumber in the state. Our cat even loved him and he is very picky who he befriends. We had an emergency as our water line sprung a leak. He actually arrived sooner than when they said he would. Bruce, the owner, showed up too and together they replaced the pipe and had us back up and running in no time. We can’t thank Mac Plumbing enough for their timely and professional service.

Very helpful!! Explained everything to me. I also asked him if he could tighten my other toilet down. He checked it and told me it didn't need tighten. It was just a bit uneven so he put a few shims under the toliet. It took a couple minutes and didn't charge for it. We have used this company b4 and always very down to earth people. We have future projects that will be using them for sure. I believe his name was Adam and he was also training another guy.
