Great company to work with. After our heat pump stopped working we chose the have a new unit installed. The guys were on time and polite. They got straight to work and completed the job in a timely manner.

Well after 20 years the old unit finally went. Jaramie and CJ installed the new unit and did a great job for us. They were very polite and answered all my questions including a run through of the new thermostat. Very pleased with the company and awesome response time. My brother owns a heating and a.c. company in Oregon. He said very good value for the equipment installed!

Our technician today was Ryan. He was very professional and completed the installation of the ultraviolet light on the air conditioner unit. He also preformed the 6 month maintenance. He explained in detail his work. Baggett Heating and Air is a very good company and would recommend to anyone whom asks for referrals.

Awesome experience. Ed was so professional & helpfull. He explained everything he was doing throughout the service call. And when my heating system went out again later that day, he was on call, he called me & said he would be back first thing the next day. Long story short, he fixed the problem & everything is working fine. Can’t say enough good things about the whole experience.

Great Service and Quality Work, the Baggett Team replaced my entire system after confirming with me my system was very inefficient and left my wife and I uncomfortable continually trying to adjust the thermostat. So far we are very happy with the system and feel we got a great deal.

The guys from Baggett do a good job. They are very professional and explain any extra work that need to be done and whether it is under warranty or an extra charge. They allow me to make the decision and do not pressure me. They always put on plastic booties over their shoes before entering the house.

Cole was so professional! He was respectful and explained my heating and cooling system. He was thorough in servicing the unit. Baggett is fortunate to have such a capable and knowledgeable professional on their team!

I originally, chose Baggett as they seemed to be a local company instead of a franchise who probably up charge everything. Yet speaking to the tech who showed up to my house, there seemed to be some confusion from speaking to the woman who setup the appointment to him showing up on my doorstop.

When I spoke to the woman, I informed her of my issue, and asked if they gave free quotes - 'Yep, sure do.'

When the tech showed up, I informed him of my symptoms, hoping he is to going to diagnosis the problem.

I direct him the furnace and he then states he's going to the van for a price sheet.

So, after politely listening to his spill, I inform him I don't want a new furnace, I just want this one fixed. He states it will be $6X.XX to diagnosis. I state that's fine, but in the back of my mind, I'm like I guess that lady was confused over what type of quote I wanted.

After he stated it would need a certain part, he informed me - that it could be more than that and he wouldn't know until that part was installed and these furnaces are prone to this and that.

I have to admit - I was uneasy since the $6,XXX price list is the first thing we go over and the way he was preparing me for possibly more repairs. So, I decided to get a second opinion. Even the wife thought that was bad business, in regards to a price sheet - asking where I found them.

Wasn't able to compare total price quotes, cause by the time another company came out - wife reminded me we had a parts warranty on the HVAC.

Was conflicted between 3 or 4 stars, as the Tech was knowledgeable as the diagnosis was the same as the second opinion. He was also professional, as he was wearing those disposable shoes when he showed up at my door.

But, alas, I didn't go with them...

After calling less that than an hour ago, on a Sunday evening at 10:00pm , our AC unit is back up and running. You can not ask for better customer service than that. We have been a customer since early 2000's and have always been impressed with Bagget Heating and Cooling service and their professional technicians. If you are reading this review for the purpose of finding a heating and cooling company for your home stop now and call Baggett. You will never regret this decision. Thanks to everyone at Baggett Heating and Cooling and especially the technician who just left our house.
