Professional and very knowledgeable, did a great job on my home installing a new Heat/ A/C unit. I would highly recommend baggett to anyone.

TL;DR - Incredible customer service and great results

We recently had our old HVAC unit replaced, and we found Baggett via Google search. After an email to the company, I received a really quick reply and we were able to schedule the inspection and estimate for only a few days later. On the day of the estimate, Alana spent a good amount of time explaining exactly what they would be doing. She was up front about costs. By the time that she left, I could easily explain to my wife what we would be getting with the new unit - and I am a mechanical idiot.

On the day of the install, the crew was extremely professional and very polite. The install was done in a much shorter time than expected, and the clean-up was thorough after they were done. They took the time to talk me through each step of their process, and were super friendly with my dogs.

It was late this afternoon when I called. They were able to give me an after hours appointment for tonight. Heat index over a 100 on a Friday afternoon who wouldn’t pay extra?!? James arrived polite and professional to fix my AC. He took the time to explain my options and was very understanding. I highly recommend Baggett Heating and Cooling! From the employees taking the call to the techs they were amazing!

Exactly the kind of customer service we wanted! The installers arrived on time and worked until the job was complete! They were kind, friendly, efficient, and I have no doubt about our installation. We also really appreciated how easy it was to understand the different levels of units available. The process could not have been any easier! I am always pleased when one of the technicians from Baggett comes to my home. They are clean, courteous, professional and thorough. I like that they don’t simply provide a service but they include an explanation of what and why they are doing what they are doing. I cannot recommend them more readily.

I had a problem with my old furnace and Baggett’s employees were very courteous and efficient, completing the repair that same day. Because of the age of my unit, I asked Jeremy about replacing it. He was honest but did not pressure me at all. Kirt came and explained my options, but again, not pressure. He was fair and presented me with a very reasonable price. The crew that came and removed my old unit and installed the new one, Jeremy, Jesse and Brittany were very professional, knowledgeable and efficient. I was thoroughly pleased with their work and their dealing with me. I am an extremely well satisfied new customer.

I have worked with Baggett Heating and Cooling for about five years. They are the experts on HVAC and I trust them. Alana and her team are professional, and provide excellent service. The field team is timely and efficient, treats my home with care, and takes the time to explain any concerns with me and is patient when I ask questions. I keep my home and two small offices under a maintenance agreement with them...and it's worth it. Highly recommend!

We had an issue with the heating and air unit that Baggett installed about 2 years ago. They came right out the same day to make the repair. They fixed it and made it right! We really appreciate their customer service and professional way they handled everything! We would definitely recommend them to anyone!!!
