I highly recommend Baggett Heating & Cooling ! Our A/C went out on Memorial Day, and it was only a few minutes after I left a message that Alana from Baggett reached out to me. Within a couple of hours she had their technician, Jesse come out and diagnose the issue. Unfortunately, it was the blower motor & he did not have one on the truck for our model but assured me they would call me the next morning with the cost. My appointment window frame today was 12-2:00 pm. Their technician Ryan arrived a few minutes before noon & just left. They’ve done everything they said they would. From Alana, the owner to the 2 Service Technicians, Jesse & Ryan they were all great to work with, very nice & professional but more importantly they were all HONEST with me. They felt like repairing it would get me through another year or more with this unit INSTEAD of pushing me to buy a new one & for that I say THANK YOU ! Definitely will be using them from here on on ALL my properties!

Baggett Heating and Cooling was absolutely outstanding. Scheduling was fast and worked with my timeframe. They called before the tech showed to tell me his ETA. Jesse came out and diagnosed my issue I thought I was having with my AC unit. Initially he said nothing was wrong. After further investigation and testing, he determined the run capacitor was operating at levels well below normal. He explained and showed me the label of the capacitor that was on the unit. Explained the readings it needed to be with his multimeter. He had the part and said what the cost of the part was. He didn’t sugar coat it or tell me anything that wasn’t necessary. He even explained the other readings he got from the wires and circuit board were all within normal ranges for reference later if another issue popped up. He did a great job explaining other things to keep an eye on with my specific unit and especially parts that “act” up during the change of seasons/weather. Great company, well trained techs and absolutely courteous to the needs of the customer. No BS with a commitment to providing the best cost and service to the customer. Definitely would recommend this company to anyone.

The AC at my house went out last night, called Baggett this morning and no surprise they were completly booked. While on the phone we decided to booked an apoointment for Thursday but after learning they only charge $40 extra for after hour services I decided to change my appointment for today paying after hour rate. Little over 2:30 PM I'd receive a call telling me the technician was able to cover all his appointments and he was able and willing to take care of me during normal duty hours, who else does that? Not only I got my AC fixed but Baggett also credited me with the $40 for after hour services.
The technician was at my house waiting on me, tools ready, as soon as he approached the unit he knew exactly what was wrong. Besides his expertise he was very respectful and professional, got me the best option and before 3:00 PM my AC unit was running as normal.
Words can't describe how grateful I'm for all it went down today, I have used Baggett in the past and will continue to use their services in the future. Thanks a lot team.

I can't say enough good things about these guys. I've used them for years and the technicians are wonderful. They have done everything from repairs of our home's old system, to installing the new one when that finally became the most cost effect option. They explain simply what the issues are, give you all your options, and I've always been able to trust their opinions to be what's best for my family not for their pocket. Which is hard to come by these days. The only time I ever had a slight issue with techs being a little less than timely in their work, I called the office for guidance and they got everything taken care of right away.

I got 5 different quotes for a new hvac and Bagget heating and cooling gave me the best price on a great system that i like and also gave me the best warranty for system and maintenance. From start to finish i was informed on the steps of the work getting done. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family. I phoned really late and had a text message the very next morning by 7:30. I responded to the text with my HVAC issue. I answered a few questions about my home I was given an explanation as to how their service calls works. Within an hour I had a time as to when when the service technician would be at my home. He actually came much sooner than later. He assessed my problem told me my options fixed the problem and offered a yearly maintenance program which I took advantage of. Thank you Baggett for your prompt courteous and professional service. By the way. The original company I phoned still has not gotten back to me.
