I will use Baggett H&C for as long as I live here in Clarksville. I have never once had an issue with them in all the years I have used them. The wonderful ladies in the office are always friendly and professional. They have great communication with the other individuals in the office and the techs. The technicians are always on time and knowledgeable about what they are doing. Always super friendly and courteous.

Tanya was so friendly and helpful and was able to schedule our appointment the same day. Our technician Kirt was prompt and knowledgeable and got to the problem quickly. He explained the issue and we were able to get parts ordered and get the tech back out for repairs in a very reasonable time frame. I will definitely recommend!

Having to replace The HVAC unit and duck work in a house is not something I was looking forward to doing. But the time came and Baggett heating and cooling was there from start to finish even on Sunday when the emergency happened. Convenience of texts, ease of financing, knowledgeable staff and a job done a day early. I have no complaints whatsoever and would highly recommend this company to everybody and anybody that needs anything done in the HVAC department!
