Best HVAC service that we've used over the years here in the Clarksville area. They've been doing our system maintenance for the past couple of years and have kept the old unit going, but it was time. They replaced our old split unit heat pump, found and fixed a duct that literally went nowhere (apparently it's just been blowing air out under the floor since we lived here). Also added an additional register in the back room, which has always been too hot or too cold, and very stuffy. The salesperson was very informative and answered all questions with absolutely no high-pressure sales tactics. The installation team was awesome. And since it was a 2 day job, they even provided a portable AC unit so I wouldn't melt! ; ) Will definitely continue to use Baggett!

Had a electric/gas HVAC unit installed 3 weeks ago. Called around and Baggett was competitive price wise. Came out very quickly to evaluate and stayed with their original estimate to the penny. Able to install and have the A/C going the same day, did have to have a sub contractor install the gas, local and reliable company, but as it was 95 that was as non-issue and included in original estimate. Service techs where excellent, courteous and answered any questions. Office made a couple follow up calls to check on operation and and concerns.

Four years ago, against my better judgment, I purchased my multi-zone heating and cooling unit from Baggett Heating and Cooling. When I met with Alana, the owner, I was happy to be able to support a female business owner and did not seek additional estimates. This was the first time I had to replace a unit and it is an overwhelming process. To make a long story short, the problems began during the installation process. The installer was rude and disgruntled. When I asked him for a quick tutorial on how to use my new thermostat, he pointed to the manual he left on my table. Little did I know that things would only get worse. This week, my unit was not heating properly. After two service visits, Baggett diagnosed the replacement of my zone system (dampers and zone control board) at a cost of almost $3,862. Today, I called Alana to discuss this situation and she kept referencing a conversation we had four years ago “on how it is recommended to replace a zone system when a new unit is installed.” When I suggested that during contract negotiations, a diagram be shown to customers with the different costs/components, she sarcastically asked “did my builder show me diagrams when I purchased my home.” I now see this passive-aggressive behavior I experienced during my installation trickles from the top. Alana will show you all her true colors with a demeaning response. Please do your homework and do not do business with this company.

Our very positive experience started with a phone call and text from the office letting us know Ed was on his way. Ed our service technician was courteous, friendly, professional and on time. He walked us through the process and got right to work. Near the finish he explained the results and wrapped up his work. This was a great experience

As a HVAC business owner this is what all of us should strive to be. Alana and her team have raised the bar in our industry. If you live in the Clarksville area, do your self a favor and use them for all hvac needs. Keep up the great work guys and girls.

We have used Baggett Heating & Cooling for over 5 years. They have amazing customer service and the technicians are extremely knowledgeable. Our usual tech, Ed, always has time to walk me through the process and answer any questions I might have. Amazing company!

They arrived on-time. I work from home and they did not do anything that made me change the way I work. Entered the home wearing protective footwear and basically did not really interfere with anything I had going. They worked fast and stuck to the quoted price. I would recommend this business to anyone that needs heating and cooling work.

Baggett Heating & Cooling installed two (2) A/C and furnace units in our house last week. We had Baggett Heating & Cooling come out for a repair and the tech, Jesse was very professional and arrived on time. He explained everything very well and went over everything thoroughly. We even received a call to let us know the tech would be arriving soon. I felt the price was very reasonable as well. I highly recommend this company.

The office staff and the technician were very professional and friendly. Any potential problems were addressed after the maintenance was completed, and options discussed. There was no pressure to act immediately. Will definitely use this company again & have joined their semiannual maintenance plan. I was quite pleased with the experience!!
