Just had my A/C unit serviced by Baggett' s Tech Cole. Was a great experience. He was polite and curtious to my wife and I. He also explained everything he was going to do before doing it as well as answered any questions I had. I hope the company notices him. Because they will do well to follow his example.

Alana and her team at Baggett have been our HVAC contractor for years. When we renovated our 87 year old home in 2010 they helped us to consolidate two systems into one and installed a new system to the newly finished upstairs. We have been nothing but pleased since. They listened to our requests and offered their opinions as how to best accomplish them. We have continued to have them clean and service our systems as they have always done. We are always impressed with the quality technicians they have on their team and don't hesitate to recommend them to any homeowner in Clarksville.

I just wanted to say how refreshing it was to speak with someone so kind and friendly on the phone as Nicole was to me. I called your offices yesterday needing service, at what I'm sure was an incredibly busy time for your company. Unfortunately, I reside in Kentucky and was told by Nicole that your company is not licensed for my state. Nicole also was patient enough to listen to my frustrations on getting a quality contractor. She was kind enough to also recommend to me to call my local power company for recommendations as to who could help me. I would have never considered this an option and it was most helpful. It's that level of customer service that really makes a difference. Truly wish you did service my area, would most surely use you. I'm a small business owner myself and know feedback is important. She is a jewel for your company!

Have a phenomenal experience with this company. Had an emergency leak in my A/C unit, contacted them late night and they responded first thing the next morning. Their “text” contact option really sets them apart. Additionally, Jessie the technician who came out gave incredible customer service. Highly recommend!
