Baggett Heating & Air maintains both of my HVAC systems. Last year, they replaced the fan on one unit, even special ordering a part. Then they replaced the other HVAC unit when it stopped cooling. Both units are/were 20 years old. Their technicians are always knowledgeable, professional, on time, communicative, thorough and friendly. The rest of the staff is also. They kept me informed of the schedule and when necessary when needed parts arrived. One of the technicians even came put and replaced the fan part they ordered in the rain so that I didn't have to wait longer. Charges have always been fully explained and as expected. Their service is top notch, and their prices are reasonable.

I am grateful to have Baggett Heating & Air for my HVAC needs!

Ed was on time, friendly, professional went out of his way to explain what & why he was doing to insure our System was ready for summer. Baggetts installed our Central heat & air system 4 thumbs up.

The tech they sent out was very professional, He came right in and took care of everything in a timely manner. He was very respectful of my home and explained everything that he needed to do from inside the house to outside the house. He also made sure in telling me when I need to change filters and that if we ever need anything to contact them directly and they will come back out. Mrs Tonya called to arrange a schedule day and time for the tech to come out and she was soo sweet and had a pleasant attitude very professional over the phone and took care of my needs. She also called me to let me know the day of my appointment that my tech was on the the way and she also let me know if there where any problems to call her back and they would take care of them. Overall this Company is very professional they chose the right people to do the jobs because Customer service is very important and they exceeded those expectations. Thank you all for what you do! On 5/13/22 I had an issue with my AC. I called on a Saturday and within two hours I had air. The emergency tech on call was very professional and responded to our needs very fast and efficiently . This is the best customer service I have seen in years. Thank you for a job well done.

The woman who answered the phone in the office was very kind, explained the serviced well and was very patient with all of my questions. The serviceman who came to me house was on time, also patient and explained things in a language I could understand. I will continue to use their services going forward. Customer service is great! My tech today was Ed and he was great and very professional!

Our heat pump went out the weekend before Christmas- because of course it did. We've had Baggett out before, for maintenance and loved them, so that was who we immediately called. Fortunately, it was warm and we have a second furnace, so we didn't need an emergency service call. We called on Monday and they came out, found a minor electrical issue with the thermostat that was covered under the service/diagnostic cost. The tech was really awesome and done in just a few minutes.

We, of course, were relieved!!
