Ed did a great job with our service call! He took before and after pictures, was respectful of our property and home. I would definitely recommend them if you need your heating/cooling units serviced!

Great customer service through the entire process. They were able to come out quickly and get the ac unit fixed. The field technicians Ryan and Ed were great. They were professional and explained the issue and what was needed to be done to fix. Will definitely use again.

Our technician, Jeremy, was very professional and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the Preferred Customer Maintenance Agreement to me, which I am strongly considering. Jeremy has a great attitude and his service was exceptional.

Mark was very attentive and took the time to clean my split system. The previous 2 techs failed to do this and my unit was extremely clogged.

A few summers ago my husband and I were in misery when our air conditioning played out in the middle of a June heat wave. After receiving a terrible expected service date from another company, we made one phone call to Baggett's and the super friendly staff worked us in THAT MORNING!!

When the service tech arrived he was knowledgeable, kind and polite. He let us know all of our available options for repair and had our air back in no time at all!

We continue to use Baggett today to perform our semi-annual maintenance and love them!
