We have used Baggett for our home the past 6 yrs. We recently had issues with a rental property Air and Baggett was able to identify the issue and resolved it for us.

Cole was excellent. He showed me everything he was doing, even teaching me about how HVAC systems works. Very upfront, and the price was reasonable. Glad I went with them.

We're new to the area and needed a new programmable thermostat install. I searched for heating/cooling specialist and your company had the highest rating. Nichole helped me get service the next day and Kirt explained in detail how the new system worked. Due to the excellent service, Baggett is now our vendor of choice.

They came on a Monday and gave me a quote, came on Wednesday and did the repairs. Perfect! Good crew and we felt like money well spent.

Baggett installed two geothermal heat pumps in our home 2 years ago. We remodeled my husband's childhood home and added approximately 800 square feet. The electric bills are, on average, $150 less a month AND we no longer use gas as our primary heating fuel. We are extremely pleased with the finished product and continue to have them maintenance the systems. The technicians and office staff are a pleasure to work with.

Technician Ed was extremely professional in explaining and recommending what my unit needed. I appreciated his honest assessment. I've never been disappointed with the service I've received from this company.
