We've used action air for some time now and are very pleased with the service. The tech has been to our house a couple of times. This particular time our unit went down, although they couldn't come out right away due to weather conditions, they showed up as soon as they could. Very pleased with their service and would highly recommend. Lance, the technician, is very knowledgeable and has great customer service skills. The value is immeasurable. Especially when it's hot and your air unit goes down.

We have used Action Air for many years and have always had good service. This May, we had an issue with our AC and were due for a cleaning also. We called in the morning, and they were here that afternoon exactly when they said they would be. Our serviceman, Matthew Daniel, was professional, polite, and had everything up and working quickly. We would definitely recommend Action Air!

I’m usually not one to write reviews, however, the service we received today was amazing! Our technicians Cam and Hayden did a wonderful job checking up on our units and filled us in with some of the information regarding the unit. They went the extra mile in regards to information and we could tell they enjoyed what they were doing. Super friendly and knowledgeable!

Lance was amazing! He got my unit back up and running in no time. It was a day before one of the hottest days of the year. He was so thorough and walked me through the process and the what to expect with the next few hours. I would recommend them hands down!

Action Air was quick to respond and set up an appointment when we needed help. The tech was knowledgeable and took the time to explain in detail what he was checking and what he was seeing. He resolved our issue quickly and the house is cooling down. Will definitely use them in the future!

My A/C was not turning on and its the heat of the summer. Zach came out and gave great customer service and had it fixed in no time. I would definitely recommend and I will be using them again

This company was amazing. I called at 1:30pm and they had someone out by 3:45pm. The tech was very professional,polite,and informative. I will be using them again and recommending others.
