Outstanding!👍👏 Chad diagnosed our problem perfectly! Darrel and Spencer did an excellent job installing our new unit. They were kind and personal. They kept us updated with the progress. They cleaned up and the only way to know that they had been there was by how cool we felt. We wouldn't call anyone else now, but North Georgia Heating and Air!!

Trey was outstanding!! He arrived early, performed work quickly and had a great personality. My neighbor used N GA H&A a couple of days ago and was extremely pleased. I too am extremely please and recommend the company to everyone for any needed service.

I wanted to write a short review about the service that my mother and I received today. The technician that came to our house was Chad Taylor, he was so friendly and helpful, he definitely went above and beyond to see that we were treated the best. His customer service was the best, unfortunately our heating and air unit could not be repaired and he took the time to show us exactly what was wrong with it and why it could not be fixed ( let's just say that I'm lucky I didn't blow half of my mother's home up......) lol. But in all seriousness the fact that we were not overcome by carbon monoxide is truly a miracle. I will definitely be referring everyone that I know to call north Georgia heating and air for any and all issues they have with their units. I hope that anyone who needs their unit looked at or serviced will call North Georgia heating and air and maybe they will be lucky enough like we were to have Chad be the service tech that shows up.
Chad also stayed and and walked my mother step by step and saw to it that she got the best deal on another unit. He didn't push for her to buy it he got her the best deal again by going above and beyond. Truly a great experience.
So much for a short review but I want people to know that from the get go we are 100% satisfied.

These guys did a fantastic job! They explained things throughly to me, went out of there way to get the job done in one day so I wouldn’t have to miss work and more importantly so my baby could breathe easier! Plus it was a good deal too! If I had one small issue it was that they left a little bit of a mess on the floor (some screws and some dirt, a couple of spots of which had to be scrubbed a little) and a small smudge on the wall. However none of it was not for lack of trying on their part, they wore shoe protectors and laid down stuff on floor to protect it, but some is bound to get through. It happens in their line of work! Would definitely recommend them and use them again if I needed too!! Thanks so much to all of you!!!

Was a $29 service call. Charged 158$ to replace a tiny wire. Took 15 minutes. A/C did work afterwards. A bit pricey I feel for what work was done. Tech was well mannered all went well. Just pricey.

Had a new 3 ton installed. From quote to installation, the staff was friendly, knowledgeable, professional. The quote process was very thorough and the price very competitive. Installers keep home clean and were very efficient with install. Would use again if they provide this type of overall quality and professionalism and price competitiveness.

The gentleman they sent me was indeed that...a gentleman. Did his job w/o incident (in the rain, no less and explained everything to me, before and after he had done it. Was leerly of his young looking age at first but a TRUE professional! Yay for NG, this time and all the times I have used them before...for all my properties.

The experience was better than I could have expected.

North Georgia Heating & Air of Chattanooga installed a new heat pump at my house. The experience was wonderful! Everyone was so professional and friendly, from the first contact through and after the installation. I love my new heat pump! The savings on my energy bill will more than pay for the unit, and their 0% financing for 72 months is the best deal in Chattanooga! I highly recommend this company.

Service was top notch!! Great group of gentlemen on staff. Very helpful and informative
