We called on a Sunday because our heat quit working and they came out Monday morning to look at it. Brian got it working but I knew a new unit was needed before it went out. They were able to order and have a new unit to us by Friday. The guys who installed it were great! Brian even stopped by to see how things were going and to see if we needed anything. North Georgia Heat and Air did a great job installing my unit. I got an estimate and within 48 hours my unit was installed and running. the gentlemen then cleaned the work site and carted off my old unit. Thank You once again.

I had my old package unit replaced with a new Trane split system and all my ductwork replaced. After getting quotes from several companies I decided to go with NGHA because they seemed the most professional and knowledgeable. They were also able to get the equipment much faster than another company had told me it would take. NGHA also assured me I would be happy despite all my nuanced and very specific wants and needs. I believe Bryan(salesman) may have underestimated just how much I'd put this promise to the test.
After the initial installation of everything I had some concerns about the airflow of the new ductwork as well as some readings I was getting with the new thermostat. To better understand my concerns, the Vice President(Corey), the installation manager(Mike) and my salesman(Bryan) all came to my home and we spent 2 hours talking through and testing each issue I had until I was completely satisfied with a proposed solution for each. The whole crew was back out the next day and a half to ensure all the additional work was done as quickly and professionally as possible.
Normally I do most home-related work myself because I know my skills and attention to detail will ultimately leave me satisfied with the results. When the job is too big for me to do myself and I have to pay someone else to do it I have extremely high standards and expectations for that work. That usually means the company isn't "done" as soon as they think they are, but what makes a company worth recommending is how they respond to my feedback and how they address what needs to be done. The guys at NGHA refused to let me unhappy with any work they had done and didn't leave until I was smiling. I guarantee if they can make me happy, you'll be happy. We had new unit installed and Colin and Chris were exceptional. They were courteous, professional, and very hardworking. They were on time and always let us know what was going on. Bryan had told us 3 days to install and they nailed it. Great job.

He walked through and investigated under the house. He asked questions about my needs and explained the various options available. The installation was set up within a week (unit in stock). The installers were prompt-came as scheduled. Courteous and answered all my questions. I highly recommend NGHA.

This is the second replacement of complete H/A systems at our house, their price beat out several other companies pricing! What a great Company to deal with. Started with Brian coming to the house evaluation and pricing of our job. Brian was excellent, answered all our questions and gave a good price. We installed 2 - 3-Ton units with heat pumps, this was no small job. Installers were Danny and Spencer, 3 day job, 1 unit installed on each of the first 2 days and then they also pumped insulation into our attic to bring it to an R-38 value. With all said everyone was always on time, very professional at what they did, totally cleaned up after themselves, were courteous and polite. We would highly recommend North Georgia to any person seeking this type of work to be performed to their homes. Thank you for a great job.
