Great service and professional. I could see the great team work. They knew their stuff. Under promised and over deliveries. Exceed my expectations! Explained the complicated control panel, and made it easy to understand. I called for help, but soon realized, I did not have the cooling activated. The new Trane unit is very efficient. Did a great job at cooling. Highly recommend them!

This crew,of three men,knocked out what was supposed to be a 2 day job,in one day! They were professional,very polite and extremely thorough. They didn’t leave until everything was cleaned up and the new system was working. They all did an excellent job,and would recommend them to anyone!

North Georgia Heating and Air has been a top notch, professional company. Our AC unit went out at the beginning of the Spring season down here in the South. While still temperate, we have had a few days where the heat has been uncomfortable, especially at night. My wife is pregnant with twins and I have two small children. Seeing how uncomfortable they have been during the night, I knew we had to get the AC fixed. I called NGHA after hours and was connected to a technician named Parker. He was professional, personable and took the time to listen to what was going on. A few days later he came out to the house, to diagnose the problem. He took me through the steps and explained everything to me to make sure I was well informed about what was going on. Parker made a few recommendations and ultimately we settled on replacing the old unit and installing a new one. The total cost was about 7.7k including parts, labor and warranty.
The day of the installation went smooth and the technicians who came out were courtesy, great with the kids and methodical in their installation. I highly recommend North Georgia Heating and Air to anyone who needs their unit serviced. Stellar customer service and professional all around.

They were helpful in comments of taking care of unit. Willing to go under house and check the duct work. Friendly to work with. Gave my dogs attention! You know that is what wins a customer over!! Garret was on time, friendly, worked quickly and made recommendations for general upkeep between annual visits. We purchased our units last year and they're amazing! Definitely worth the investment.

I have used this company for several years to keep my 25-year-old central heating/A/C system functioning. Their people are always pleasant to deal with, respond as quickly as possible, and charge reasonable prices with no surprise fees.
While making me aware that I'll have to replace the whole thing eventually, they have never tried to push me into doing what I can't afford and instead do what is immediately needed to help me without making me feel like I'm making a stupid mistake - a tactic I have encountered with other companies.
I highly recommend them.

Responsive and professional personnel/employees. Great value, done in a timely manner, first time using their services, but will not be the last. Great job from the initial contact with customer service to speaking with a technician and ending with technicians work on broken AC system.

I bought my house and a week later my whole unit went out. They came out quickly to give me a quote. They were way more reasonably priced then 2 other companies. Unit was installed 2 days later. I also got the smart thermostat which is amazing ! I definitely recommend them !
