NGHA responded quickly. They identified the issues with my heat and air unit and offered options. Including costs to resolve the issues and did not push me to make a decision. Once I made the decision to replace my unit they scheduled and installed it in short order. Very professional team. I am very pleased with the overall experience. And finally. I found the price to be very competitive.

Great customer service from beginning to end. Chad came out to inspect our 15 yr old unit as it was not cooling and he found multiple issues. He recommended we get a new unit and eventually went with his recommendation and am so glad we did. We chose the 2 1/2 ton 14 seer Trane split unit. We had 2 technicians Charlie and Dan come out to install our unit. Both of them were very professional and kept things neat and clean. They both paid attention to detail making sure everything was perfect before they left and made sure we were happy with everything. All these guys were awesome. Highly recommend NGH&A.

After dealing with a failing air system I knew it was time for a replacement. I called NGHA and had someone out within a week. He was courteous and knowledgeable and worked with me to get the unit best for me. Yes, it was expensive but it is a quality unit. Installation was a breeze. The young men were very professional and left the installation site clean. I would definitely recommend.

Called prior to service, that way I could make sure my gate was open and pets put away safely. Did an excellent job cleaning. The job was done in a timely manner. Would recommend to anyone- prices are reasonable and this company has already proven to be very knowledgeable about all units and parts.

Used North Georgia heating and Air for the purchase and install of a new HVAC system in my home. The price was very fair, and the work was done in a timely, professional manner. they even patched my old system to continue to work long enough for the new system to arrive. 0% Financing is a great deal for something that can be expensive to any home owner. i recommend this company for your HVAC needs 100% A++++

Excellent, fast installation. Truly professional craftsmanship. Significant upgrade from my old system. The guys doing the work really knew what they were doing. They even leveled the upstairs condensing unit that was sitting next to the new unit as the pad it was sitting on had settled on one side. Would highly recommend NG H&A if you’re looking for a new system. Trane is a little more expensive than other brands but the warranty and reliability are worth the extra cost.

If you need service or installation get busy and call. Don’t dance around and try to save a buck that will cost you later. Great professional technicians that are not phased by inclement weather. I now have a powerful quiet Trane unit. Thanks Gentlemen for your hard neat and impressive work.
