My tech today was Garrett and I cannot say enough about him. He was on time, very courteous, professional and knowledgeable. Even tho he couldnt fix to problem today, he went out of his way to make things right. Great place.

I could not have been more pleased. Anthony, Nathan, Brandon, and PJ were professional, courteous, and helpful. They performed their job well and totally cleaned up the site before leaving. I own an older home that presented some challenges that their combined experience made short work of providing a perfect solution. I highly recommend this company.

The employees of North Georgia Heating and Air were very professional and knowledgeable when installing our new heating/air conditioning system. I had several quotes from different companies and North Georgia was the most thorough of all of them. All questions were answered and we could not have received better service. The guys that installed my central heat and air unit where professional, knowledgeable, and kind. I loved how they worked as a team to get the job done. They also made sure to clean up everything. You couldn’t ask for a better team to get the job done.

NG Heating and Air from start to finish exceeded my expectations. From The moment Chad arrived onsite and walking me through the tests he was doing to diagnose my old unit and what test proved what component failed. He quickly provided a replacement unit at a very fair price. The financing option made the most since for me and that process was easy and quick. This was all done on a Friday and I had an install date on a Tuesday. The installers arrived on time. The installer Daniel did amazing work installing both the furnace and the outside unit. Cleaning up the existing pipe work that was their and made it something that even I was excited to show my friends and family. The unit has performed great since the install. The receptionist that I spoke to were quick to get any questions I had routes to the correct person.

From end to end, NG Heating and Air exceptional service and truly care and have me the client as their best interest.

Michael was very courteous and answered all my questions. He was even concerned when the new thermostat was not covering the old placement; which wasn't really anything he could do about this. I would highly recommend. Just know that there is a window period for the tech to show up. I had asked for something after 2 and it was after 7 before he showed, which was fine. At least there was a call to let me know when he was on the way.
