They provided temporary heat while we were out of town, which was wonderful. However there was very little communication as time to install the unit got closer. I called them to get updates, even the day before. They arrived and were all very kind and friendly. However they took our new Nest thermostat without our knowledge. I had to call them to track it down. They brought it back but it should have never been taken, as it was our property. Seemed shady. Glad it was returned.

We have had our new unit for at least 3 years now. I'm still learning new things about the thermostat. Last week Cameron and Jake came and serviced our unit. Jake helped me download an app for my phone to connect with our unit. Thank you! He was wonderful and both young men were polite, respectful, and knowledgeable. I just wish I'd known more on how to program my unit from the start. It would have been nice to get the help Jake gave me when it was installed.

Great group! On time, kind, respectful and the price stayed the price after the quote. Will definitely recommend. I prefer them over another major competitor in the area.

Haley is amazing. My air was not working and she was able to get Chad to my house within a couple of hours after my call. Chad was professional and was quick to get out air working again.

Call before arriving, on time for the scheduled appointment, completed work in one visit, cleaned up afterwards. Keep me updated during the day as to their progress. Notified me when completed. Very satisfied with their work.

Installed a new heat pump system and corrected some iffy return ducting. Got out to me quick and the workmanship was top notch. Would definitely recommend.

Always have had good service with North GA Heat and Air since installation in 2020. Trey did an amazing job taking care of our maintenance yesterday. Every maintenance staff we have had has been great!
