I had to have a new heating and air system. They came out immediately and went over my options. I have lived in my house for 32 years. This is my third system. This is the first time in all those years that my house stays cool in the summer. They were professional and helped me finance my unit. I will never use another company. I love my new unit. For the first time I don't have to dread summer.

North GA Hearing and Air performs very professional installations every time we need their service and we have never had a single issue with their install. The salespeople have great communication skills and the installers are all very professional. They don’t take ANY shortcuts with their work! No one is better than North GA Heating and Air! We used this company a few months ago to have our AC fixed when a wire went out.
While the repair man was here we also explained to him that the thermostat seemed like it was acting up and wondered if he could replace it with the new one we had just got.
The repair man assured us that their wasn't anything wrong with it and that the 10 yr old thermostat was much better than the brand new one we just got.
Here we are a couple of months later having the thermostat replaced! Smh
Its clear that this repair man just didn't want to take the time to do what was asked of him....even though he was already working on it.

Tony did an excellent job servicing our unit and was very thorough with what he was doing. He is very knowledgeable and answered all of the questions we had including recommendations for settings and filter changes. We hope he returns the next time we need a service call.

I was impressed with all of the associates that I dealt with at North Georgia Heating and Air; my service advisor was particularly helpful in providing information and answering all of my questions. All of the service technicians were professional, efficient and respectful of our home. I am very pleased with our new HVAC system.

There are not enough words we can say about how professional & informative North Georgia Heating & Air were. Brandon & Collin were very nice, always let us know what was being done, and easy to talk to. They didn't leave anything to clean up and gave a plenty of time to explain the new unit and thermostat.
