Who would've thought that I would be so happy to spend so much money! Our 20 year old HVAC unit had been on the fritz for quite some time and we knew that we were in need of a new one..just trying to save up for it. Naturally, when my husband was out of town the unit completely broke down leaving me and my skinny greyhounds huddled up in the bedroom with a space heater! Jeremy came over to take a look and since he serviced our unit last year, I was happy to see him back. He is kind, patient, very HVAC savvy and most important - honest! After running some numbers in his truck we were standing in my cold house with winter hats and coats on going over estimates. I had expected to pay a pretty penny for a new unit, but the quotes were much higher than I expected and I started to cry - how embarrassing! Jeremy went over all of the details with me and explained things to me in a very simple way. He provided a variety of options and wasn't pushy at all and didn't pressure me. He gave me some time to think about what we needed and even offered to get a fire started in my fireplace to warm us up! When I called my husband he too was happy that Jeremy was back to help us (me!). He never seemed in a rush like he had to get to another appointment, and seemed genuinely concerned to just help us out and get us a product we would be satisfied with.

The technicians came a couple days later and were thorough, kind and respectful. Our new unit is so fancy! And there is a digital thermostat that we can control from our smartphones when we are away! They offered their contact info to answer any questions. Even though it was more expensive than we were prepared for, we are super excited to have a reputable product, with support from a trustworthy company. It was an emotional roller coaster, but at the end of the day it sure feels nice to come home to a warm house!! It has been nice to work with North GA Heating and Air and I will recommend them to anyone in need HVAC services! Thank you!

10/10 — They were amazing! I will say they had told us they would be out between 12 and 2 but it was more like 5:30 ish. They were running late and didn’t call or say anything so I reached out at 4:30. When they got there though, they were very thorough. The price was super reasonable. The technician was friendly and talked us through our options. It is our rental property and he made our renter feel secure. This is who we will use going forward for anything they are capable of handling ! Thanks for the service! Thanks for helping out this military family in Nebraska take care of their home in the Chattanooga area!!! (We had a pipe bust in a bathroom and flood the duct work. They drained, patched, and fixed the issue. They also gave us a fair price to replace if we decide to!)

I have used Airserv for 3 yrs and I thought they were professional and reasonable. my HVAC had been around for many yrs. It lost the freon in June, they came out and the charge was 317.65. The freon doubled that from last year. didn't have a problem with that but the AC went out again the later part of September. Only a matter of time before I needed a new one. Well Marty came filled the AC with freon and got a quote but the interest was 9.9 percent. Explained I wanted to check my bank ect for a better rate. He explained I would be charged for service call and freon added if I didn't buy from them. No problem with that. I did find an interest rate of 6. I got a bill for from Airserv for 734.55. He charged 116.95 per pound of freon which on the stmt took 5 pounds of freon and June was 81.70 per pound. I really do find it hard to believe that it had gone up an additional 35.25 per pound in three months. I had planned on using them for the maintenance but I will not use them in the future. I feel like I was taken advantage of.

I can't say enough about their excellent customer service! The heat went out on our vacation rental on a Friday night and N GA Heating and Air had someone out within an hour. Jeremy diagnosed and fixed the problem. He made my guests very happy and saved my reservation. I really appreciate his communication, followup and his great customer service.

Cheap service call, but thats about it. After having a tech out to inspect my unit I was informed it needed extensive repairs on needed to be replaced entirely. Waited over a week for an estimate to repair/replace it. Made several attemps to request an estimate but was never given one. Was even told they had no record of sending a tech to my home. Called out another local service that had me back up and running same day with only minor repairs

Our unit wasn’t cooling and we called North Georgia Heating and Air. Our technician was Chad Taylor and he was very upfront and honest with my husband on what our choices were. We opted to go with a new unit. Chad took our information and we were approved. Chad was very friendly and explained our options to us. We would highly recommend North Georgia Heating and Air. We bought our unit on Oct 12th 2018 and absolutely love it, we had no idea what we were missing with our old outdated unit. If anyone needs a unit, we highly recommend these folks. Their installers (T J and Daniel} were courteous, knew their product, were on time and best of all explained everything to us (which probably was not easy} :}

Just wanted to tell of the excellent service I received recently. One of their technicians had come out to troubleshoot our system and had accidently misdiagnosed the problem which could had cost me several thousands dollars. I had called a competitor to get another opinion of the problem when the diagnoses was found in error (we all make mistakes don't we?). Anyway, I thought the service call fee was not right and called their office to talk to them. Bobby was so nice and said he would correct the mistake so they came out the next day and fixed the leak and replaced a valve and checked the system over and at NO CHARGE WHATSOEVER to me. Thats what I call 100% customer satisfaction! Thank you Bobby!

Very prompt, excellent service. They didnt try to pressure us into buying the most expensive heat and air system. Chad gave us several different options to choose from.

I will highly recommend them to anyone needing a new heat and air system.
