When Rigoberto Guevara and his crew came out to do the work, it was quality (crimped PEX and pro-pressed copper) and they located and reused existing PVC sleeving under our driveway for the new water line, saving us money and hassle where we expected to have to dig up the driveway.

I would highly recommend Metro if you need plumbing service in the greater Chattanooga area.

Wanted to update after having septic located, dug, risers intalled, and septic pump out. !!! AWESOME JOB !!! Other than where the risers were installed I cant even tell the crew was in the side or back yard. EXTREMELY PLEASED! My better half who was here for the work had only great things to say for the crew. Courteous, friendly, and very nice were the words she used to describe them. Work area reseeded and strawed. Will definitely recommend.

Another update, had Tanner and his crew replace my 15 year old water which had several issues due to its age and lack of regular maintenance. Thankfully , they were able to identify a safety issue with the expansion tank before it became a dangerous situation. They all did an awesome job. All were super fiendly, courteous and knowledgeable.

Adam and Galen went above and beyond, paying attention to the small details. I am extremely impressed with their knowledge, professionalism, and willingness to do everything right the first time! Repairs and installation were high-quality, code-compliant, and very well fitted.

My parents just bought a home in the Chattanooga area. We called Metro Plumbing, they came right away and where able to identify the issue. What began as a small plumbing issue was quickly identified before it became a much larger problem. Thanks to Chris and the entire Metro plumbing crew the issue was resolved and my folks have peace of mind. the folks at Metro were professional, respectful and responsive to our concerns. I highly recommend them for anything plumbing. They are outstanding at what they do and go above and beyond to get the job done right and as quickly as possible.

We had Metro out to empty our septic tank and put risers in. During this we found that our field lines (which were installed in ‘84) were completely blocked. Luckily for us we weren’t have any current issues most likely due to the steep slope of our back yard. Because of this our plans changed dramatically for what needed to be done. This was our first time ever having septic and we were very overwhelmed by it all (especially when one of the previous owners of the house, covered the tank with a concrete sidewalk 😩).

I can’t speak for all of Metros technicians but I can speak for the two gentlemen that came to do the work on our house, Fred Kozak and Wesley Gilbreath. These two men were the absolute best! They were on time, they were polite, they were very understanding and kept us in the loop about everything going on. Fred ran the excavator which ultimately dug up my entire backyard, BUT….. he also skillfully and patiently put my yard back together, making it look better than it did when he started if you can even imagine that! Now granted, I don’t have grass quite yet, but the way he handled the excavator smoothing out the trenches smoothing out the grade was extremely impressive. I appreciated his attention to detail and taking the time to take care of us and our property.

The price we were quoted was very shocking at first (especially since we were just having them out to empty or tank) however, I saw everything that these men did and did in a timely manor so we didn’t have any further issues and then the time that went into putting my yard back together so beautifully. Maybe I could’ve gone somewhere else and got it done cheaper 🤷🏻‍♀️ But I would not have had Fred or Wesley and maybe not my beautiful backyard.

I’ve had a lot of plumbers come to my house to fix pipes and toilets just for them to put a Band-Aid on it and hope for the best my toilet in the basement started leaking. I called Metro Plumbing the next thing I knew hair comes Jimmy G and Matthew H to the rescue. I showed them the problem. He evaluated the problem and then decided to go ahead and inspect all the pipes in my house upstairs and downstairs. He told me what needed to be fixed and what should be up to code I didn’t even know I had a leak in my bathroom sink upstairs, but I did know that the shower needed to be fixed and I brought that to their attention when they were done evaluating all the pipes they sat down and told me everything that they needed to do and what needed to be done I was able to tell them what I could afford, and what they could do they were courteous they were professional. They were covers on their shoes as they came into my house each time they were on time and they made sure that the job was 100% done to my satisfaction before they left.if you ever need a plumber you need to call Metro Plumbing it’s well worth the cost and it’ll be fixed right not with a Band-Aid put on it, thank you Jimmy G and Matthew H you both are the best

The entire team was excellent. They got here and quickly set up to work . They did so diligently and with much expertise. They cleaned up every part of the property and were done quickly even though they had to do work with the deck boards. the project was The best we could have hoped for. we are very well pleased. Please let them know ho much we appreciate their work

I had 2 technicians ( Matt and Zach) come to my home to repair a broken underground water main. They were on time and showed up looking professional. They were courteous and very attentive to my questions and concerns. The job was a little pricey but then again you get what you pay for. What I got was very professional, clean and organized techs. I could tell that they took pride in their work by the way they kept everything clean and orderly. When they left, my property looked great because they cleaned up they area. I feel like it was worth my money to get technicians that did a great job and they represented their company well. I will now with no hesitation highly recommend Metro and I will be a lifelong customer. Good Job Matt and Zach and good job to metro for sending good technicians out to your customers.
