Nick came out to fix what we thought were a few small issues, but turned out to be much bigger. Instead of just patching things over he went through everything with me. He suggested that I talk with an advisor before I go any further. I’m disappointed that the work couldn’t get done today, but also grateful for the time and honesty that Nick gave us. He was very friendly and professional.

I can't say enough about the wonderful experience I had with Metro Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning! I had a bit of an emergency occur recently and called on them for help. EVERY SINGLE PERSON I dealt with (from the call center, the field supervisor, the folks working underneath and inside my home, to those outside digging and replacing pipes in my yard) was professional, kind, and forthright with what was happening, and what was needed for repairs. Their priority was to ensure the job was done right, and safely, with my needs and concerns in mind (they even wear shoe-covers in your home, which this nurse LOVES). They truly went the extra mile in every way and I give my highest recommendation to anyone looking for a reputable company to handle their plumbing, heating, and AC needs. Thank you Metro!!!

The service technician gave us the price to fix our kitchen sink from not draining. The price seemed very high so I call the main office to verify the price. The service technician set for using a snake the prices are a set price not hourly. The main office spoke to service or dispatch supervisor and I was told that the only people that know the price is the technicians on the truck. No one at the office knows the price. Maybe the price is right, but if it is a set price, obviously someone other than the technicians know what those prices are. I do not appreciate what seems to me is dishonesty.

Ryan came out to give us an estimate on a water leak. He was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Really appreciated his honesty. We are switching all our services to metro because of Ryan. Metro has a jewel in Ryan.

Fred and Alex were a joy to work with. They did a wonderful job on the repair, and left my property looking better than it did when they began. I also worked some with Chris Caldwell, who was also very professional and kind. I will definitely use Metro in the future for my plumbing needs.

From start to completion of installation, the whole crew was very professional, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. I didn’t realize how bad my old unit was since I just purchased my home until I had to keep replacing fuses each time I changed from heat to cool. I have three dogs keeping the crew company each time they came in the house, they will appreciate the new ac for the upcoming summer heat! Thank you all!!

Jimmy and Dakota were very thorough and explained each step of the process while presenting several options for installing my whole house filtration system. I appreciated the care they showed about hooking it up in the neatest way possible and they even loaded the salt into the system.

Our water line was leaking badly very close to the water meter; badly enough that it was turning that part of the front yard into a muddy bog. Ryan had it fixed quickly, and was able to replace the dirt and sod, preserving our front lawn. Very professional and careful, and friendly, too!
