Great communication within the company from the office staff to the employees. Matt and Gaelin were very professional and did an excellent job of explaining what the company has to offer along with going over in detail how they were going to fix my current issue. He was able to explain how the septic tank functioned and possible issues that can occur. He helped me problem solve my issue. He went above and beyond. He set up the next steps for me and showed me how they could help with other services. He is an outstanding technician and I will definitely use Metro in the future.

1. Pump septic tank and install all new field lines.
2. Routine service of HVAC revealed internal rusting allowing leakage of CO2. Due to age of unit we replaced the system.

All employees arrived promptly and in a timely manner. Each one was knowledgeable in their area of expertise. All options were explained to us and cost quotes made prior to service.

The actual issue was a septic tank backup. Called at 8:30 AM, technicians arrived shortly thereafter, actual repair workman a couple of hours later, repair completed very timely after that. Exceptional service and professionalism. We are very impressed with this Company and will definitely use them again as the need arises.
